Саме тут, в самісінькому серці Карпат, троє друзів вирішили вирушити на літню шкільну екскурсію.

Precisely here, in the very heart of the Karpaty, three friends decided to set out on a summer school excursion.

Зі сходу сонця, ясного і тепла, почалися їхні пригоди.

From the sunrise, clear and warm, their adventures began.

Олена, Димитро і Ірина вийшли на стежку разом з іншими учнями.

Olena, Dymytrо, and Iryna set out on the path along with other students.

Олена була особливо захоплена.

Olena was especially excited.

Вона чула легенди про прихований водоспад десь у глибині лісу.

She had heard legends about a hidden waterfall somewhere deep in the forest.

Сьогодні вона хотіла знайти цю таємницю.

Today, she wanted to uncover this secret.

Димитро був обізнаний у природі і любив ділитися знаннями про навколишній світ.

Dymytrо was knowledgeable about nature and loved sharing his insights about the surrounding world.

Ірина, хоч і обережна, завжди підтримувала друзів і слідкувала за безпекою.

Iryna, though cautious, always supported her friends and watched over their safety.

"Поїдемо дивитися водоспад," сказала Олена з іскрою в очах.

"Let's go see the waterfall," Olena said with a spark in her eyes.

Димитро знизав плечима: "Я не впевнений, що він існує.

Dymytrо shrugged: "I'm not sure it even exists.

Але звуки можуть вести нас.

But sounds might guide us.

Послухаємо.

Let's listen."

" Ірина застережливо глянула: "Спочатку давайте дотримуватися маршруту, щоб бути безпечними.

Iryna looked cautiously: "First, let's stick to the route to stay safe.

Потім побачимо.

Then we'll see."

"Стежка вела їх крізь густий ліс.

The path led them through the dense forest.

Сяйво сонця пробивалось крізь верхівки дерев.

The sunlight filtered through the treetops.

Однак, скоро дорога стала заплутаною.

However, the road soon became confusing.

Дерева товстіли, гілки робили шлях важкопрохідним.

Trees grew thicker, and the branches made the way difficult to pass.

Олені було цікаво, але Ірина нагадала: "Не заблукати б у лісі.

Olena was curious, but Iryna reminded them, "Let's not get lost in the woods."

"Через кілька годин, на краю невеликої галявини, вони почули далекий шум води.

After several hours, at the edge of a small clearing, they heard the distant sound of water.

Серце Олени билося в шаленому ритмі.

Olena's heart was pounding wildly.

"Ми близько!

"We're close!

Це вже справжній водоспад!

This is a real waterfall!"

" - вигукнула вона.

she exclaimed.

Та водночас сонце почало спускатися за обрій, відтінки неба змінилися на золоті.

But at the same time, the sun began to dip behind the horizon, and the sky turned golden.

Було мало часу.

Time was running out.

Ірина ще раз заперечила: "Треба повернутися скоро, бо буде темно.

Iryna objected again: "We need to head back soon, as it will be dark."

"І тут друзі зробили вирішальний вибір: піти вперед, але з належною обережністю.

And here, the friends made a decisive choice: to go forward, but with due caution.

Вони крокували швидко, підтримуючи один одного.

They walked quickly, supporting each other.

І коли нарешті вибралися на відкриту галявину, то побачили щось дивовижне - сучасний водоспад, запнутий серед каменів.

And when they finally emerged into an open glade, they saw something amazing - a modern waterfall, nestled among the rocks.

Вода іскрилася на сонці, утворюючи веселку.

The water sparkled in the sun, creating a rainbow.

Олена була в захваті.

Olena was thrilled.

Вона відчула, як важливо мріяти, але й цінність у тому, щоб не ризикувати марно і розраховувати на надійних друзів.

She felt the importance of dreaming, but also the value of not taking unneeded risks and relying on trustworthy friends.

Димитро насолоджувався відкриттям і вчився довіряти новим дорогам.

Dymytrо enjoyed the discovery and learned to trust new paths.

Ірина побачила, що безпека важлива, але іноді варто скуштувати ризики.

Iryna realized that safety is important, but sometimes it's worth taking risks.

Повернувшись до табору, вони усвідомили - найголовніше в подорожі не тільки приховані водоспади чи нові стежки, а й взаємопідтримка і віра один в одного.

Returning to camp, they realized - the most important part of the journey wasn't just the hidden waterfalls or new paths, but the mutual support and faith in one another.

Дружба їх стала міцнішою, і цей день в Карпатах залишив в їхніх серцях слід на все життя.

Their friendship became stronger, and this day in the Karpaty left a mark in their hearts for a lifetime.
