The heavy rain in the sky in August poured down on the zinc roofs of a small village in the southern part of Thailand.

Atit stood in front of the old wooden house that once belonged to his grandmother.

Atit returned to his hometown after his grandmother passed away.

เขาต้องการช่วยครอบครัวหาทางออกร่วมกับสุริยาและณิชา ซึ่งแม้จะเป็นพี่น้องกันแต่ความคิดต่างถูกสั่นสะเทือนจากมรดกที่ยังไม่ได้แบ่ง

He wanted to help the family find a solution together with Suriya and Nicha, who, although siblings, had their minds shaken by the yet-to-be-divided inheritance.

"How should we divide the land?" Atit asked on this rainy day.

Suriya appeared sullen and spoke with an air of expertise, "This land should remain our legacy forever. We must preserve it."

Nicha looked at her two brothers with eyes full of hope, "We might find a way to make everyone happy. We are family."

Suriya closed his eyes and sighed.

Nicha smiled gently, sensing the hope that was emerging.
