ในวันที่ฝนตกพรัมๆ กลางกรุงเทพฯ ก็ไม่เป็นอุปสรรคสำหรับความตั้งใจของพิมพ์ชนก

On a day when raindrops pattered down in the middle of Bangkok, it was no obstacle for the determination of Phimchanok.

เธอตื่นแต่เช้าพร้อมตัวจัดการรายการ เช่นเดิม

She woke up early as usual to handle her schedule.

ใต้เต็นท์ใหญ่ในโรงพยาบาลสนาม มีคนจำนวนมากนั่งรออย่างอดทน รอคอยจะได้รับวัคซีน

Under the large tent at the field hospital, many people patiently sat waiting to receive their vaccines.

พิมพ์ชนกเดินเข้ามาในโรงพยาบาล พร้อมกับนลินี เพื่อนสนิทที่คอยอยู่เคียงข้างตลอด

Phimchanok entered the hospital with Nalinee, her close friend who was always by her side.

"วันนี้ ฉันต้องได้ทำฟันสักที!" พิมพ์ชนกกล่าวอย่างมั่นใจ

"Today, I have to get my dental work done at last!" Phimchanok said confidently.

เมื่อได้เวลา พิมพ์ชนกเดินเข้าไปนั่งเก้าอี้ในแถวรอ คิดว่าจะไปทำความสะอาดฟัน แต่กลับพบว่าที่นี่คือโซนสำหรับฉีดวัคซีน!

When it was time, Phimchanok sat in a waiting chair, thinking she was going to have her teeth cleaned, only to find that this was the zone for vaccinations!

เธอลนลานจับสมุดบันทึกดูอีกครั้ง

She anxiously checked her notebook once again.

"นี่ฉันอ่านผิดเรอะ ว่าไปทำฟัน! ไม่ใช่ฉีดวัคซีน"

"Did I read it wrong? I thought it was for dental work, not vaccinations."

หน้าเธอแดงขึ้นมาด้วยความอับอาย

Her face turned red with embarrassment.

ช่วงเวลานั้นเอง กฤษฎาพยาบาลหนุ่มผู้เต็มไปด้วยอารมณ์ขันก็เดินมาถึง

At that moment, Kritsada, a young nurse full of humor, arrived.

เห็นท่าทีของพิมพ์ชนกก็หัวเราะอย่างอารมณ์ดี

Seeing Phimchanok's demeanor, he laughed good-naturedly.

"คุณมาต่อคิวผิดเหรอครับ?" เขาแซวเบาๆ

"Did you line up in the wrong queue?" he teased gently.

พิมพ์ชนกอายเกือบพูดไม่ออก

Phimchanok was so embarrassed she could barely speak.

"ฉันกลัวเข็ม จริงๆ นะ"

"I'm really afraid of needles."

นลินียิ้มแล้วจับมือพิมพ์ชนก

Nalinee smiled and held Phimchanok's hand.

"ไม่เป็นไรนะ เดี๋ยวนายก็ประคองเธอเอง ทุกอย่างจะผ่านไปได้ด้วยดี"

"It's okay, he'll take care of you. Everything will be fine."

กฤษฎาพูดเสริม "ฉีดวัคซีนครั้งแรกก็อาจจะกลัวหน่อย แต่ผมสัญญาว่าจะเบาเป็นพิเศษ"

Kritsada added, "It might be a bit scary for your first vaccine, but I promise I'll be extra gentle."

ถึงคิวของพิมพ์ชนก เธอลังเลใจ แต่สุดท้ายก็ตัดสินใจรับวัคซีน

When it was Phimchanok's turn, she hesitated, but eventually decided to get the vaccine.

ฝูงชนรอบๆ ผินหน้ามามองด้วยความสนใจ

The crowd around turned to watch with interest.

เมื่อเธอเดินออกมา ทั้งแถวต่างปรบมือแสดงความยินดี

As she walked out, the whole line clapped to congratulate her.

พิมพ์ชนกหัวเราะตามใจลึกๆ อยู่ในใจ ยอมรับความขำขันของวันนี้

Phimchanok laughed inwardly, accepting the humor of the day.

กฤษฎา, นลินี, และทุกคนต่างยิ้มส่งเสริมให้เธอรู้สึกดีขึ้น

Kritsada, Nalinee, and everyone else smiled, encouraging her to feel better.

"บางที ฉันก็คิดมากไป ทุกอย่างไม่ต้องตามแผนก็ได้นะ" พิมพ์ชนกบอกพร้อมกับรอยยิ้มใหม่

"Sometimes, I overthink things. Not everything has to go according to plan," Phimchanok said with a new smile.

แม้ฝนยังคงตกใส่เต็นท์ขนาดใหญ่ในโรงพยาบาลสนาม แต่ในใจของพิมพ์ชนกกลับเบิกบานและอบอุ่น

Though the rain continued to fall on the large tent at the field hospital, Phimchanok's heart was bright and warm.

เธอได้เรียนรู้ที่จะยอมรับสิ่งที่ไม่คาดคิด แทนที่จะปล่อยให้ความกลัวควบคุมชีวิตของเธออีกต่อไป

She learned to embrace the unexpected instead of letting fear dictate her life any longer.
