In the warm and heartwarming spring, one day on a bustling university campus, Anan, a freshman who had just arrived, was heading to the market with Pim, his brave and adventurous roommate.

วันนั้นเป็นวันก่อนเทศกาลสงกรานต์

It was the day before the Songkran festival.

The market was lined with colorful shops, and the aroma of street food wafted through the air, adding excitement to the beginning of the Thai New Year.

อานันต์รู้สึกคิดถึงบ้าน แม้จะเพียงเริ่มต้นชีวิตมหาวิทยาลัยไม่กี่สัปดาห์

Anan felt homesick, even though he had only started his university life a few weeks ago.

He wanted to feel at home.

เมื่อมาถึงตลาด พิมยิ้มพร้อมบอก "เรามาทำให้ห้องนอนเป็นเหมือนบ้านเราเถอะ!"

Upon arriving at the market, Pim smiled and said, "Let's make our room feel like home!"

อานันต์ยิ้มแม้จะกังวลเรื่องเงิน แต่เขาก็ให้เชื่อใจพิมว่าเธอรู้ดีว่าควรซื้ออะไร

Anan smiled, despite being worried about money, but he trusted Pim to know what they should buy.

The two stopped at the shop of Surasak, a friendly and talkative vendor.

He had many beautiful Songkran festival decorations and equipment, each piece vibrant in color, adding to the fun atmosphere.

อานันต์จับดูผ้าลายดอกสีสดๆ และซิ้มเพื่อประดับห้อง

Anan picked up some brightly colored floral cloth and strings to decorate the room.

"มันดีไหม ถ้าเราซื้อไปเพื่อทำให้ห้องนอนเรามีความรู้สึกเทศกาลสงกรานต์?" อานันต์เอ่ยถามด้วยเสียงแผ่วเบา

"Do you think it’s a good idea if we buy these to make our room feel like the Songkran festival?" Anan asked softly.

พิมหัวเราะ "แน่นอน! แต่ถ้าคุณยังกังวล ให้ลองคุยกับสุรศักดิ์ดู เขาดูเหมือนยินดีช่วยนะ"

Pim laughed, "Of course! But if you're worried, try talking to Surasak. He seems happy to help."

สุรศักดิ์ยิ้มกว้าง "น้องครับ เรามีโปรโมชั่นพิเศษช่วงสงกรานต์นี้ ลองเลือกดูก่อน

Surasak smiled widely, "We've got a special Songkran promotion, little brother. Take your time to choose.

ถ้ามันทำให้คุณรู้สึกดีขึ้น อีกแค่นิดเดียวเราได้สัมผัสเทศกาลนี้อย่างเต็มที่"

If it makes you feel better, just a bit more and we can fully experience this festival."

อานันต์คิดสักครู่

Anan thought for a moment.

เขาเข้าใจความกังวลเรื่องเงินที่เหลือน้อย แต่ความอบอุ่นและคำแนะนำของพิมและสุรศักดิ์ก็ทำให้เขารู้สึกมั่นใจขึ้น

He understood his money concerns, but the warmth and advice from Pim and Surasak gave him confidence.

"โอเคครับ ผมจะเอานี่สองชิ้น!"

"Okay, I'll take two of these!"

เมื่อถึงห้องนอน อานันต์และพิมช่วยกันตกแต่งห้อง

Back in their room, Anan and Pim helped each other decorate.

Anan felt good and happy that the room looked bright and lively, ready to welcome the Songkran festival.

Anan smiled proudly, "This is a great way. It makes this place feel like home."

ความอบอุ่นและความสนุกของเทศกาลสงกรานต์เปลี่ยนบ้านใหม่ของอานันต์ให้เป็นสถานที่ที่เขาอยากกลับมาเสมอ

The warmth and fun of the Songkran festival transformed Anan's new home into a place he always wanted to return to.

บางทีชีวิตมหาวิทยาลัยนี้อาจไม่แย่อย่างที่คิด

Perhaps this university life wasn't as bad as he thought.
