At the edge of the horizon in the fields of Isan, the rice farm of the Arnong family stands tall amidst the golden fields swaying under the vast, azure sky.

An old wooden house serves as the heart of this land, home to the Arnong family generation after generation.

During this dry season, Arnong and Kamon both return to their family's rice farm to harvest the crops.

"Sister Arnong, I think we should use machinery to help with the harvest," Kamon suggests.

"แต่แบบนั้นเราจะไม่สูญเสียสิ่งที่พ่อแม่สร้างมาเหรอ?" อานงตอบ และเริ่มรู้สึกหนักใจกับคำพูดของน้อง

“But won’t that make us lose what our parents have built?” Arnong responds, beginning to feel burdened by her brother’s words.

กมลได้เสนอใช้เทคโนโลยีใหม่ร่วมกับวิธีดั้งเดิมของอานง ซึ่งในที่สุด พื้นที่ไร่สามารถฟื้นตัวและเก็บเกี่ยวได้สำเร็จ แถมยังให้ผลผลิตเพิ่มมากขึ้นอีกด้วย

Kamon suggests integrating new technology with Arnong's traditional methods, and eventually, the farm is revived and harvested successfully, yielding even more produce.

"พี่อานง, แบบนี้ดีมั้ย? เราสามารถรักษาประเพณีและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพไปพร้อมกัน" กมลพูดด้วยรอยยิ้ม

"Sister Arnong, isn't this great? We can preserve tradition while enhancing efficiency," Kamon says with a smile.

"ใช่ กมล, ฉันเห็นแล้วว่าการเปลี่ยนแปลงไม่ได้หมายความว่าต้องทิ้งสิ่งเดิม" อานงตอบ พร้อมจับมือน้องชายของเธอ

“Yes, Kamon, I see now that change doesn’t mean abandoning the old ways,” Arnong replies, holding her brother’s hand.
