Pim and Somchai, friends of Ananda, invited him to join the celebration by the river.

"Let's go to the Loy Krathong festival, Ananda," Pim said cheerfully.

"ใช่แล้ว ไปพร้อมกับพวกเรา" สมชายยืนยันตาม

"Yes, come with us," Somchai confirmed.

อนันดารู้สึกลังเล

Ananda felt hesitant.

เขาไม่แน่ใจว่าจะแนบเนียนกับกลุ่มคนรอบข้างได้หรือไม่

He wasn't sure if he would fit in with the people around him.

The feeling of being an outsider still lingered in his heart.

Ananda stood still at the water's edge, but the beauty and happiness around him suddenly opened his heart.
