Marek a Zuzana sa stretli v malom útulnom kaviarni v historickom centre Bratislavy.
Marek and Zuzana met in a small, cozy café in the historic center of Bratislava.
Bol teplý letný deň, slnečné lúče sa jemne predierali cez sklenené steny a dali miestnosti svetlo a nádych romantiky.
It was a warm summer day, and the sun's rays gently filtered through the glass walls, giving the room light and a touch of romance.
Všetko tu voňalo čerstvou kávou a jemne nasladlou arómou chleba.
Everything there smelled of fresh coffee and the slightly sweet aroma of bread.
Marek nervously adjusted the camera hanging around his neck.
V jeho práci fotografa ho inšpirovali ľudské emócie.
In his work as a photographer, he was inspired by human emotions.
He hoped to capture the right moment of their first meeting after months of separation.
Vedľa neho sedela Zuzana, elegantná v letných šatách.
Next to him sat Zuzana, elegant in a summer dress.
Vo vzduchu bola cítiť ich neistota i očakávanie.
The air was filled with their uncertainty and anticipation.
„Takže ako si prežila tých posledných pár mesiacov?
"So, how have you been these past few months?"
“ spýtal sa Marek.
Marek asked.
Jeho hlas bol jemný, ale odhodlaný.
His voice was gentle but determined.
Zuzana sa pousmiala.
Zuzana smiled.
Učila na základnej škole a práca ju nadchýnala.
She taught at an elementary school and was passionate about her work.
„Bolo to hektické, ale milujem svoju prácu.
"It was hectic, but I love my job.
Deti ma neustále prekvapujú.
The children constantly surprise me."
“Obaja zrazu zostali ticho.
Suddenly, both fell silent.
Marek sa pokúšal nájsť správne slová, zatiaľ čo Zuzana sa snažila nevnímať svoje obavy.
Marek tried to find the right words, while Zuzana tried not to dwell on her worries.
She feared whether she could balance her love for Marek with her career, which was also dear to her.
Po chvíli Marek našiel odvahu.
After a while, Marek found the courage.
„Zuzana, chcem, aby medzi nami fungovalo nielen cez obrazovku.
"Zuzana, I want things to work between us, not just through a screen.
Chcel by som vedieť, ako to vidíš ty.
I'd like to know how you see it."
“Zuzana povzdychla.
Zuzana sighed.
„Mám strach, Marek.
"I'm scared, Marek.
I'm afraid things might change when we're together in person.
Virtualita je niekedy jednoduchšia než realita.
Virtuality is sometimes easier than reality.
Ale nechcem, aby ma to zastavilo.
But I don't want that to stop me."
“Rozhodli sa prejsť sa po úzkych bratislavských uličkách.
They decided to take a walk through the narrow streets of Bratislava.
Marek planned to capture some shots of historic buildings, but their conversation was too absorbing.
V jednej chvíli však obaja prekvapil náhly letný dážď.
However, in one moment, they were both surprised by a sudden summer rain.
The drops splattered on the cobblestones, and they, regardless of their wet clothes, laughed out loud.
Ten okamih spontánnosti a radosti im pomohol prelomiť emocionálnu bariéru.
That moment of spontaneity and joy helped them break the emotional barrier.
Vrátili sa do kaviarne, sťa by tam našli útočisko pred búrkou.
They returned to the café, as if finding refuge from the storm there.
The regular drops this time fell on the café walls, creating a safe backdrop for their continuing debate.
Marek vzal Zuzaninu ruku.
Marek took Zuzana's hand.
„Sme na začiatku cesty, ale myslím, že to zvládneme,“ povedal, plný nového pochopenia.
"We're at the beginning of a journey, but I think we can handle it," he said, full of newfound understanding.
Zuzana kývla hlavou.
Zuzana nodded.
„Musíme sa len snažiť a byť k sebe úprimní.
"We just have to try and be honest with each other."
“V tej kaviarni, medzi vôňou kávy a zvukami dažďa, dvaja ľudia našli niečo dôležitejšie než len odpovede na svoje otázky.
In that café, amid the smell of coffee and the sounds of rain, two people found something more important than just answers to their questions.
They found the courage to look at their future together, no matter what happens.
