The rain drummed against the colorful roofs in Bergen.
The streets were full of people hurrying to avoid getting soaked.
Lars, Ingrid, and Sofie strolled together on vacation.
Bergen was beautiful in the fall, but the rain was a challenge.
The three friends stood at Torgallmenningen, the busy shopping center in the heart of the city.
The rain had started suddenly, and they knew they needed new rain jackets to continue their trip without getting completely wet.
Lars så bekymret ut.
Lars looked worried.
He wanted to make sure everyone was okay and that they hit everything on the schedule.
"Ingrid, Sofie," said Lars, "let's find rain jackets.
Vi kan ikke la regnet stoppe oss!
We can't let the rain stop us!"
Ingrid nodded, and Sofie laughed and said, "Yes, I don't want to be a wet cat all day."
They went into a store full of colorful, shiny rain jackets.
Ingrid, alltid praktisk, begynte å se på prislappene.
Ingrid, always practical, began to look at the price tags.
"Vi bør finne noe rimelig," sa hun.
"We should find something affordable," she said.
Men Sofie var mer opptatt av stil.
But Sofie was more concerned about style.
"Se på denne blå jakken!
"Look at this blue jacket!
It's so cool," she said enthusiastically, while holding up an expensive, trendy jacket.
Lars knew it could be difficult to get everyone to agree.
Ingrid rynket pannen.
Ingrid frowned.
"Den er for dyr, Sofie.
"It's too expensive, Sofie.
We need something that works, not something fashionable."
"Lars kjente spenningen stige.
Lars felt the tension rising.
He didn't want the group to start arguing.
"Hva om vi ser på flere?
"What if we look at more options?
Maybe we'll find something that suits everyone," he suggested.
He walked over to a rack with more moderately priced jackets.
The three friends continued to search, and slowly the tension started to ease.
Sofie saw a burgundy jacket that was both stylish and affordable.
"Hva synes dere om denne?
"What do you all think about this one?"
" spurte hun, denne gangen mer åpen for diskusjon.
she asked, this time more open to discussion.
Ingrid smilte.
Ingrid smiled.
"It looks good, and the price is right," she replied.
Lars, lettet over at de endelig fant en løsning, sa: "Perfekt, den kler dere begge.
Lars, relieved that they finally found a solution, said: "Perfect, it suits both of you.
La oss ta dem og komme oss ut i regnet!
Let's buy them and get back out into the rain!"
"Med nye regnjakker forlot de butikken.
With new rain jackets, they left the store.
They laughed about how they all had different opinions and how they ended up finding something perfect together.
Lars felt lighter, he didn't need to have everything planned out to be a good leader.
The group continued through Bergen's wet streets, and it felt like the rain was no longer an enemy but a part of their friendship journey.
Ingrid and Sofie felt closer to each other after reaching an agreement.
The three friends knew that regardless of the weather, they would always manage together.
