The earth crackles with autumn leaves, coloring the forest with gold and red.

  • Turaidas pils stāv leģendām bagāta, klusa un majestātiska.

The Turaidas castle stands rich with legends, quiet and majestic.

  • Raimonds, Inese un Dace ieiet mežā, apņēmības pilni.

Raimonds, Inese, and Dace enter the forest, full of determination.

They have heard tales of a hidden treasure that could secure the future for Raimonds's family.

  • "Raimond, esi uzmanīgs," čukst Dace, sajustot meža kluso pulsēšanu.

"Raimond, be careful," whispers Dace, sensing the silent heartbeat of the forest.

  • Turiādā neviens nav sarakstījis savu vēsturi bez tam pievienotam šausmu uzliesmojumiem, taču Raimondam tas neko nedod – viņam ir jāatrod dārgums savai ģimenei.

In Turaida no one has written their history without the addition of sudden horrors, but that means little to Raimonds—he must find the treasure for his family.

  • Inese tur rokās vecu karti.

    Inese holds an old map.

  • "Šeit saka, ka labirints sākās netālu no dižozola.

"It says here that the labyrinth begins near the great oak.

  • Mums jāiet rietumu virzienā.

    We must go west."

A small forest stream meanders along the path, and a large great oak becomes visible among the trees, its branches stretching towards the sky like dark arms.

But with each step deeper into the forest, the light diminishes, making it harder to move forward.

  • "Varēja būt vieglāk," Inese nopūšas, viegli ieķērusi kartē.

"It could have been easier," sighs Inese, lightly clutching the map.

But a quiet murmur accompanies their journey, and soon they realize they are not alone.

  • "Tas ir aizsargs," brīdina Dace.

    "It's the guardian," warns Dace.

  • "Leģendās teikts, ka tas sargā dārgumu no ļaunprātīgiem cilvēkiem.

"Legends say it protects the treasure from malicious people."

  • "Raimonds paātrina soli, bet drīz viņi nonāk pantā ar lieliem, stāvajiem akmeņiem, kur spīd acis.

Raimonds quickens his pace, but soon they end up in a clearing with large, steep stones, where eyes gleam.

  • Ar apsēsto viņi tiek galā nevis ar konkrētu spēku – līdz apsargs beidzot nostājās viņiem pretī.

Faced with the possessed, they do not deal with specific force—until the guardian finally stands before them.

  • Raimonda sirds dauzās.

    Raimonds's heart races.

  • "Mēs atņemsim jums jūsu gudrību vai cīnīsimies," viņš sakrustoja tās lapas, ko atrada mežā, rokā turot.

"We will take your wisdom or fight," he crossed the leaves he found in the forest, holding them in his hand.

  • Daciņa pietur rokai.

    Daciņa holds onto his arm.

  • "Raimond, varbūt tas nav ceļš," viņa saka skumji, saprotot, ka tieši mežs runā.

"Raimond, maybe this isn't the way," she says sadly, understanding that it is the forest itself speaking.

Raimonds looks at Daci and Inese, and his eyes meet those of the guardian with intention.

He abandons the past and realizes that the forest's wisdom is more valuable than gold.

  • Viņš nomet savas "ieročus", atlaiž dārgumu sapni.

He drops his "weapons," releasing the dream of treasure.

  • Apsargs lēni pazūd tumsā.

The guardian slowly fades into the darkness.

With understanding and respect, Raimonds says, "Some things are more beautiful as they are."

  • "Mežs nomierinās, un gaisma caur lapām atkal spīd.

The forest calms, and light once again filters through the leaves.

  • Svelmainās rudens vēsmas viņus sveicināja.

The warm autumn breezes greet them.

  • Lapas, kas zem kājām, atsāk čaukstēt viņu maigo gājienu atpakaļ.

The leaves beneath their feet resume their gentle rustling as they walk back.

They return to the castle's silence, having honored the teachings of their people and the wisdom of ancestors, exchanging treasure for friendship and heritage.

And they are convinced that these values have flown long into their midst, in the heart of their colorful autumn homeland.
