Zuzana, an expert of the area's ancient layers, guided them through labyrinths that smelled of moss and old-time stories.

"Aš žinau slaptą kelią," - sumurmėjo Zuzana, rodykla ranka nurodydama į tamsų praėjimą.

"I know a secret way," murmured Zuzana, pointing her hand towards a dark passage.

Gediminas pažvelgė į Austėją, kuri šiek tiek sudvejojo, bet galiausiai sekė juos.

Gediminas looked at Austėja, who hesitated slightly but ultimately followed them.

Pačioje griuvėsių gilumoje jie atsidūrė didžiulėje salėje, kurios visas sienas puošė šimtametės freskos.

Deep within the ruins, they found themselves in a huge hall, whose walls were adorned with century-old frescoes.

"Neįtikėtina," - kvapą atėmęs pasakė Gediminas, kai jų akys apstulbo nuo senovinių dirbinių.

"Incredible," said Gediminas, breathless, as their eyes were stunned by the ancient artifacts.

There were golden vessels, jewelry turned green with age, and other artifacts whose origins breathed of mysteries.

Tačiau Zuzana staiga pasikeitė.

However, Zuzana suddenly changed.

"Visa tai priklauso man," - griežtai tarė ji, padėdama ranką ant vienos iš vertingiausių relikvijų.

"All of this belongs to me," she declared sternly, placing her hand on one of the most valuable relics.

Gediminas matė Austėjos rūpestį, bet jos išradingumas jį nustebino.

Gediminas saw Austėja's concern, but her ingenuity surprised him.

Tylomis, jos ranka slystelėjo palei grindis, užkibdama už senučiuko laidyno, kuris paleido cemento gabalų laviną, skiriančią Zuzaną nuo relikvijų.

Silently, her hand slid along the floor, catching on an old cord that triggered a cascade of cement blocks, separating Zuzana from the relics.

"Turime imti tik tai, ko reikia," - pasakė Gediminas, tempdamas Austėjai jų norimą artefaktą, kol Zuzana spėjo atsikvoti.

"We must only take what we need," said Gediminas, handing Austėja their desired artifact before Zuzana could catch her breath.

Jie pagarbiai atitraukėsi nuo griuvėsių, žinodami, kad palieka už nugaros daugiau nei vieną paslaptį.

They retreated respectfully from the ruins, knowing they left behind more than one mystery.

Later, as they journeyed home, Gediminas smiled at Austėja.

"Gal ir buvau per daug nekantrus, bet kartu mes pasiekėme daugiau," - pripažino jis, supratęs bendradarbiavimo galią ir sąžiningumo vertę.

"Perhaps I was too impatient, but together we achieved more," he acknowledged, understanding the power of collaboration and the value of honesty.

Senovės griuvėsiai vėl nugrimzdo į tylą, o jų paslaptis dar kartą paliko ateities atradėjams.

The ancient ruins sank back into silence, their secrets once again left for future discoverers.

Gediminas pajuto, kad svarbiausia ne vienos žmogaus sėkmė, o žmogiškumas ir draugystė.
