The early morning sunlight filtered through the leaves and lit up the path.

"오늘은 꼭 정상까지 갈 거야," 지수가 힘차게 말했다.

"I'm definitely going to make it to the top today," Jisoo said energetically.

서진은 지수를 걱정스럽게 바라보았다. 평소보다 공기 중의 꽃가루가 심했기 때문이다.

Seojin looked at Jisoo with concern because the pollen in the air was heavier than usual.

"괜찮겠어? 너무 무리하지 말자," 서진이 말했다.

"Are you sure you'll be okay? Let's not overdo it," Seojin said.

시간이 흐르면서 지수는 숨이 점점 차오르기 시작했다.

As time passed, Jisoo began to feel increasingly out of breath.

서진은 지수의 얼굴을 애타게 관찰했다.

Seojin anxiously observed Jisoo's face.

"지수야, 조금 쉬었다 갈까?" 서진이 조심스럽게 제안했다.

"Jisoo, should we take a short break?" Seojin suggested cautiously.

하지만 지수는 고개를 저으며 말했다. "아니야, 괜찮아. 조금만 더 가보자."

But Jisoo shook her head and said, "No, it's okay. Let's just go a little further."

하지만 산길의 내리막길에서 갑작스레 지수는 더 이상 숨을 쉴 수 없었다.

However, as they were descending the mountain path, Jisoo suddenly couldn't breathe anymore.

그녀는 바닥에 주저앉았다.

She sank to the ground.

"도와줘, 서진!" 지수가 외쳤다.

"Help me, Seojin!" Jisoo shouted.

서진은 즉시 지수의 가방을 열어 인헬러를 찾았다.

Seojin immediately opened Jisoo's bag to find her inhaler.

"여기 있어! 숨 깊이 쉬어봐." 서진은 침착하게 말했다.

"Here it is! Take a deep breath." Seojin said calmly.

지수는 인헬러를 사용하고 조금씩 숨을 가다듬었다.

Jisoo used the inhaler and gradually caught her breath.

서진은 급히 주변을 둘러보며 도움을 요청했다.

Seojin quickly looked around for help.

다행히 지나가던 등산객이 있었고, 그들은 지수와 서진을 산책로 초입으로 데려다주었다.

Fortunately, there were some passing hikers who helped guide Jisoo and Seojin back to the trailhead.

무사히 하산한 후, 지수는 조용히 말했다. "고마워, 서진. 내가 건강을 너무 과신했나 봐."

After safely descending the mountain, Jisoo quietly said, "Thank you, Seojin. I guess I overestimated my health."

서진은 지수를 안심시키며 말했다. "다음번엔 더 준비하고 조심하자. 함께 끝까지 모험을 즐기자."

Seojin reassured her, saying, "Let's be more prepared and careful next time. Let's enjoy the adventure together till the end."

지수는 고개를 끄덕이며 새로이 결심했다.

Jisoo nodded, making a new resolution.

건강 관리를 우선하면서, 모험을 즐기는 방법을 찾아내겠다고. 그리고 친구의 도움을 기꺼이 받아들이겠다고.
