I prepared a trust-building exercise in the gardens of Gyeongbokgung.

그 날, 하늘은 맑고 공기는 상쾌하다.

The sky was clear, and the air was refreshing that day.

내가 두려움을 숨기며 말했다. "모두 여기 모여주세요. 오늘 우리는 서로에게 마음을 열고 신뢰를 쌓아보겠습니다."

Hiding my anxiety, I said, "Everyone, please gather here. Today, we are going to open our hearts to each other and build trust."

미소를 띠던 민준이는 나에게 다가와 말했다. "제가 먼저 해볼까요?" 그의 웃음은 따뜻했지만, 나는 그가 요즘 고민이 있는 것을 알고 있다.

Minjun, with a smile on his face, approached me and said, "Shall I go first?" His smile was warm, but I knew he had been troubled lately.

우리는 간단한 게임을 시작했다.

우리는 그앞에 모였다.

We gathered in front of them.

음악은 우리의 마음을 녹였다.

The music melted our hearts.

나는 팀원들에게 물었다. "각자 내년의 목표가 무엇인가요?" 민준이 자신을 돌아봤다.

I asked the team members, "What are your goals for next year?" Minjun reflected on himself.

"저는... 제 능력을 더 믿고 싶어요," 그가 조심스럽게 말했다.

"I want to believe in my abilities more," he said cautiously.

윤아는 우리에게 고백했다. "저는 동료들에게 더 진심을 전하고 싶어요."

Yuna confessed to us, "I want to show more sincerity to my colleagues."

그녀의 말에 우리는 고개를 끄덕였다.

We nodded at her words.

마침내 우리는 버스로 돌아갔다.
