서울의 카페는 늘 분주하다.

오늘도 마찬가지였다.

Today was no different.

특별한 여름날, 수진은 카페 한 구석에 앉아 아이스 아메리카노를 마시며 노트북으로 작업하고 있었다.

On this special summer day, Sujin was sitting in a corner of a café, sipping an iced americano and working on her laptop.

수진은 프리랜서 그래픽 디자이너이다.

Sujin is a freelance graphic designer.

그녀는 독립을 중시하지만, 속마음을 드러내는 걸 어려워했다.

She values independence but finds it difficult to express her inner feelings.

현우는 수진의 남동생이다.

Hyunwoo is Sujin's younger brother.

그는 음악가다.

He is a musician.

아직 큰 성공은 없지만, 음악에 대한 열정은 뜨거웠다.

Though he hasn't achieved great success yet, his passion for music burns brightly.

생활은 팍팍했지만, 그는 포기하지 않았다.

Life was tough, but he never gave up.

수진과 현우는 오랜 시간 떨어져 있었다.

Sujin and Hyunwoo had been apart for a long time.

수진이 먼저 연락을 하여 현우를 카페로 초대했다.

수진은 조심스럽게 입을 열었다.

Sujin carefully opened up.

"현우야, 잘 지냈니?" 그녀의 목소리에는 약간의 떨림이 있었다.

"Hey Hyunwoo, how have you been?" Her voice had a slight tremor.

현우는 잠시 머뭇거리다 답했다.

Hyunwoo hesitated for a moment before responding.

"그럭저럭. 노래 만들고 있어. 누나도 바쁘겠지?"

"So-so. I've been making songs. You must be busy too, right?"

대화는 겉도는 듯했다.

Their conversation seemed superficial.

하지만 민서가 나섰다.

However, Minseo intervened.

"둘이 솔직히 이야기 해봐. 과거는 잊고 앞으로 나아가야지."

"You two should talk honestly. Forget the past and move forward."

수진은 잠시 고민했지만 용기를 냈다.

"현우, 사실 나도 힘들었어.

"Hyunwoo, I've actually been having a hard time too.

독립하려고 노력하고 이겨내려고 했는데, 오해가 쌓였던 것 같아.

미안해."

I'm sorry."

현우는 놀란 표정으로 수진을 바라보았다.

Hyunwoo looked at Sujin with a surprised expression.

"나도 미안해, 누나. 내가 너무 무심했어."

"I'm also sorry, sis. I was too indifferent."

두 사람은 과거의 감정들을 털어놓기 시작했다. 이후 서로의 어려움을 이해하게 되었다.

누나의 디자인도 많이 도와줄게."

수진은 미소 지으며 답했다. "좋아.

그날 이후 두 사람은 자주 연락하며 서로를 격려했다.

수진은 마음을 트고 현우를 더 이해하게 됐다.

Sujin opened up more and came to better understand Hyunwoo.

현우 역시 누나의 진심을 알고 나서 마음이 한결 가벼워졌다.

그들의 관계는 점차 회복되었고, 서로에게 큰 힘이 되었다.

Their relationship gradually recovered, and they became great sources of support for each other.

햇빛이 따스하게 비치는 카페는 여전히 많은 사람들로 붐볐지만, 수진과 현우에겐 이 날이 특별한 날로 남았다.

Though the sunlit café remained bustling with many people, that day remained special for Sujin and Hyunwoo.

서로의 마음을 열고 이해하게 된 그날, 그들은 다시 형제가 되었다.
