東京国立博物館は忙しい。

The Tokyo National Museum is bustling.

人々が行き交い、うるさい都会の真ん中で静かな時間を楽しんでいる。

People come and go, enjoying a moment of calm in the midst of the noisy city.

夏の暑い日にもかかわらず、博物館の中はひんやりと落ち着いている。

Despite the hot summer day, the inside of the museum remains cool and tranquil.

ハルトは絵を見るのが好きだ。特に静かで思わず見入ってしまう絵が。

Haru loves looking at paintings, especially those so quiet and captivating that he can't help but get lost in them.

今日は特別だ。

Today is special.

展示会に特別な一枚がある。

There's a particular painting in the exhibition.

それはハルトが昔、大切にしていた絵だ。

It is a painting that Haru cherished in the past.

その絵を見ていると、彼の心はいつも静かになる。

Looking at it always brings peace to his heart.

しかし、その絵は彼をある思い出に引き戻す。

However, this painting pulls him back to a certain memory.

サクラ－－彼の昔の恋人だ。

Sakura—his former lover.

ハルトは絵の前に立ち、静かにその時のことを思い出している。

Haru stands in front of the painting, quietly reminiscing about those times.

突然、一人の女性が彼の横に現れる。

Suddenly, a woman appears next to him.

それはサクラだった。

It is Sakura.

彼女は変わらない。

She hasn't changed.

あの時と同じ輝きを持っている。

She still possesses the same radiance as back then.

心がざわめく。

His heart stirs.

「サクラ・・・久しぶりだね。」ハルトは口を開く。

"Sakura... it's been a while," Haru speaks.

サクラは微笑んで言う。「本当に久しぶりね。

Sakura smiles and says, "It really has been a while.

元気だった？」

How have you been?"

ハルトは絵を指さして言う。「これを見ると、いつも君を思い出す。」

Haru points to the painting and says, "Whenever I see this, I always think of you."

サクラもその絵を優しく見る。

Sakura gently looks at the painting too.

「そうなのね。私もこの絵が好きだった。

"I liked this painting too.

だから戻ってきた。」

That's why I came back."

湿った東京の夏が巡るが、博物館の中では涼しく、二人の間に流れる空気が心地よい。

The humid summer of Tokyo circles around, but inside the museum, it's cool, and the air flowing between them is pleasant.

「なぜ急にいなくなったの？」ハルトは尋ねる。

"Why did you suddenly disappear?" Haru asks.

彼の声には少しの震えがある。

There is a slight tremor in his voice.

サクラは静かに答える。「自分の道を見つけたかったの。

Sakura answers quietly, "I wanted to find my own path.

アートの道。

The path of art.

離れることで気づけたことがあった。

By leaving, I realized something.

でも、ずっと気になっていた。」

But I've always been curious."

その理由を聞いて、ハルトの心は少し和らぐ。

Hearing that reason, Haru's heart softens a bit.

今のサクラがいるのは、その決断のおかげだ。

The Sakura standing here now exists because of that decision.

彼女もまた、自分なりの理由があったと理解する。

He understands that she, too, had her own reasons.

「お互いに成長したね。」ハルトは言う。

"We've both grown," Haru says.

サクラはうなずき、再び微笑む。「そうね。でも、また会えてうれしいよ。」

Sakura nods and smiles once again.

「そうね。でも、また会えてうれしいよ。」

"Yes, but I'm glad to see you again."

その瞬間、ハルトは過去に執着することをやめる。

In that moment, Haru stops clinging to the past.

サクラとの再会は、彼にとって未来への新しい一歩を踏み出すきっかけとなるかもしれない。

Reuniting with Sakura might become a new step forward into his future.

東京国立博物館の静けさに、二人の時間がゆっくりと流れ始める。
