彼の友達、ゆきは、きちんとしていて計画通り進めることを好みます。

His friend, Yuki, prefers things to be orderly and likes to proceed according to plan.

ある日、はるととゆきは大きなパピエマシェのパンダを作ることになりました。

One day, Haruto and Yuki decide to make a large papier-mâché panda.

文化祭委員会に感動を与えるため、はるとは彼の想像力を最大に発揮するつもりです。

Haruto intends to fully unleash his imagination to impress the bunkasai committee.

しかし、完璧主義のゆきにとっては、時間内に完璧に仕上げることが重要です。

However, for perfectionist Yuki, completing it perfectly within the deadline is crucial.

「材料が届かないよ、どうする？」焦った様子でゆきが言います。

"The materials haven't arrived, what do we do?" Yuki says, looking flustered.

はるとは一瞬悩みますが、すぐにニコッと笑ってこう答えます。「材料がないなら、あるもので作ろうよ！」

Haruto hesitates for a moment, but then smiles and responds, "If we don't have the materials, let's make do with what we have!"

彼は廃材を使って即興でパンダを作り始めます。

He starts improvising a panda using scrap materials.

突然、パンダが倒れ、二人とも紙 macheの糊にまみれます。

Suddenly, the panda collapses, and both end up covered in papier-mâché glue.

時間が迫る中、二人は完璧を追求するのをやめ、共に協力して作業を続けます。

With time running out, they stop pursuing perfection and continue working together cooperatively.

計画に固執するのをやめたゆきは、はるとの奔放な発想を受け入れ、二人で力を合わせます。

Yuki abandons sticking strictly to the plan and embraces Haruto's free-spirited ideas, and together they combine their forces.

そして、最終的にユニークで面白い「抽象的な」パンダが誕生しました。

Eventually, a unique and amusing "abstract" panda is born.

文化祭の日、奇妙でユーモラスなパンダは生徒たちに人気となり、笑顔を誘いました。
