夏の北極ツンドラ。

The summer hokkyoku tundra.

太陽が地平線の上で優しく輝いている。

The sun gently shines above the horizon.

氷の白さがどこまでも続く。

The whiteness of the ice stretches endlessly.

そこに、一台のソリが滑っていく。

In this vast expanse, a sled glides along.

そのソリには三人が乗っている。

Three people are riding on the sled.

そのうちの一人、ユウタは熱心な科学者だ。

One of them, Yuuta, is an enthusiastic scientist.

彼は北極の気候について研究している。

He is researching the climate of the Arctic.

しかし、今回は特別な任務を担っている。

However, this time he is on a special mission.

それは、誤って北極に運ばれた大量のラバーダッキーを回収することだ。

It is to retrieve a large number of rubber duckies that have mistakenly ended up in the Arctic.

「ラバーダッキーなんて」サクラが笑う。

"Rubber duckies, of all things," Sakura laughs.

「どうしてそんなに大事なの？」

"Why are they so important?"

「このアヒルたちは重要なんだ」とユウタは真面目な顔で言う。

"These ducks are crucial," Yuuta says with a serious face.

「きっと画期的な発見につながるよ。」

"I'm sure it will lead to groundbreaking discoveries."

「まあ、冒険にはなりそうね。」ケンジが笑う。

"Well, it seems like it's going to be an adventure," Kenji laughs.

彼は地元のガイドで、いつもユウタとサクラを助けている。

He is a local guide who always assists Yuuta and Sakura.

「極地探検はエキサイティングだよ。」

"Polar exploration is exciting."

三人はソリに乗って氷の上を滑走する。

The three glide across the ice on their sled.

氷の風景が美しく流れていく。

The icy scenery flows past beautifully.

しかし、途中でユウタは遠くに動く影を見つける。

However, along the way, Yuuta notices a moving shadow in the distance.

白熊だ。

It's a polar bear.

「白熊がこっちに来ている！」とサクラが叫ぶ。

"A polar bear is coming towards us!" Sakura shouts.

「急ごう！ラバーダッキーを回収しなければ！」とユウタが言う。

"Hurry! We have to retrieve the rubber duckies!" Yuuta says.

彼らはソリを走らせ、ラバーダッキーの元へ到着する。

They rush the sled to the location of the rubber duckies.

色とりどりのアヒルたちが氷の上に散らばっている。

Colorful ducks are scattered across the ice.

しかし、白熊はすぐそばまで来ている。

But the polar bear is approaching fast.

「あっちに行け！」ケンジはユウタに言う。

"Go over there!" Kenji tells Yuuta.

「アヒルの鳴き声を真似して！」

"Mimic the sound of the ducks!"

三人は一斉に「クワック、クワック」と叫ぶ。

All three shout "Quack, Quack" in unison.

なぜか白熊は驚いて後退する。

For some reason, the polar bear is startled and retreats.

彼らは急いでラバーダッキーを集める。

They quickly collect the rubber duckies.

「ほら、無事に回収できたね」とユウタが言う。彼は笑顔だ。

"Look, we managed to retrieve them safely," Yuuta says with a smile.

「まぁ、これもチームワークのおかげね」とサクラが言う。

"Well, it's all thanks to teamwork," Sakura says.

「一人じゃ無理だった。」

"It wouldn't have been possible alone."

ケンジは笑いながら「これで科学のためにまた一歩前進だ」と言った。

Kenji, laughing, says, "This is one more step forward for science."

三人は笑い、満足そうに帰路につく。

The three of them laugh and head back, satisfied.

ユウタは気づく。科学は大事だ。

Yuuta realizes that science is important.

でも時には少しおかしな冒険も必要だ。

But sometimes, a little silly adventure is necessary.

そして、友達と一緒なら何でもできる。

And with friends, anything is possible.

北極の白い雪は、今日の不思議な冒険の証人となった。

The white snow of the Arctic has witnessed today's unusual adventure.

太陽は再び、地平線の彼方に消えて行く。

The sun disappears again beyond the horizon.
