ゴールデンウィーク、陽気な空気に包まれた大阪城公園は観光客や家族連れで賑わっていました。

During Golden Week, Osaka Castle Park, enveloped in a cheerful atmosphere, was bustling with tourists and families.

そこに立っているのは、ハルトとサクラ。

Standing there were Haruto and Sakura.

木陰の下、二人は満開の桜を見上げていました。

Under the shade of a tree, the two looked up at the cherry blossoms in full bloom.

ハルトはサクラを喜ばせようと頑張ります。

Haruto was trying hard to delight Sakura.

「見て、サクラ！この桜はすごいね。これは……きっとリンゴの木だよ！」

“Look, Sakura! These cherry blossoms are amazing. This must be…surely an apple tree!”

ハルトは満面の笑みで言いました。サクラはくすりと笑いを抑えます。

Haruto said with a wide grin. Sakura stifled a giggle.

「本当に？それはちょっと変だね。私はただの桜だと思うけど。」

“Really? That's a bit strange. I just think it's a simple cherry tree.”

ハルトは自信を持って続けます。

Haruto continued confidently.

次の木を指差し、「この桜は絶対に桃の木だね！」と声を張り上げました。

Pointing to the next tree, he proclaimed, “This cherry is definitely a peach tree!”

サクラは優しいまなざしで、「ハルト、桜は桜だよ。他の果物の木ではないよ。」と静かに言いました。

With a gentle gaze, Sakura quietly said, “Haruto, cherries are cherries. They are not other fruit trees.”

しかし、ハルトの情熱は止まりません。

However, Haruto's enthusiasm wouldn't stop.

別の桜を見て、「ほら、これはオレンジの木だよ！」と言い張ります。

Looking at another cherry, he insisted, “Look, this is an orange tree!”

サクラはもう一度微笑みます。「まったく、ハルトったら。」サクラは本当に楽しんでいました。

Sakura smiled once more. “Really, Haruto, you're just too much.” She was genuinely enjoying herself.

ついに、サクラはハルトに近づきました。

Finally, Sakura approached Haruto.

「ハルト、桜に詳しくないのはいいことだよ。

“Haruto, it's okay not to be knowledgeable about cherry trees.

でも、そんなに果物の木と間違うなんて、面白いよね。」

But confusing them with so many fruit trees is amusing, isn't it?”

二人は大笑いしました。

The two of them burst into laughter.

ハルトは少し恥ずかしそうに、でもおかしみを感じてか、「多分、もっと勉強が必要だね。

Feeling a bit embarrassed, yet amused, Haruto honestly said, “Maybe I need to study more.

でもサクラが笑ってくれたから、それでいいや。」

But as long as Sakura's laughing, that’s all that matters.”

彼の正直さと元気さにサクラは心を打たれました。

Sakura was touched by his honesty and enthusiasm.

大阪城公園の桜の下、ハルトは新しいことを学びました。

Under the cherry blossoms of Osaka Castle Park, Haruto learned something new.

すべてを知る必要はない。

It's not necessary to know everything.

大切なのは、一緒に経験を分かち合うこと。そして、その瞬間が最も楽しいのだと。
