In the heart of Tokyo, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, there is a quiet place to relax.

それが新宿御苑だ。

That is Shinjuku Gyoen.

春、満開の桜が風に揺れ、ピンクの雨を降らせる。

In the spring, the fully bloomed cherry blossoms sway in the wind, showering a rain of pink petals.

黄金週間（ゴールデンウィーク）のある日、天空がやや曇りがかっていたが、まだ美しさを覚えさせるその場所には、多くの人々が訪れていた。

One day during the Golden Week, the sky was somewhat cloudy, yet many people visited this place that still retained its beauty.

ハルトは仕事の疲れを感じ、新宿御苑を散歩することにした。

Haruto was feeling the fatigue from work and decided to take a walk in Shinjuku Gyoen.

最近、彼の友人サトシが彼にこう薦めた。

Recently, his friend Satoshi had recommended him to do so.

「たまには休まなくちゃ。自然に触れ、心をリフレッシュするんだ。」

"You need to take a break sometimes. Connect with nature and refresh your mind."

その言葉に後押しされて、彼はシステムの画面から目を離し、庭園の中へ足を運んだ。

Encouraged by these words, he tore his eyes away from the systems screen and stepped into the garden.

同じ日、ミユキもまた、絵のインスピレーションを求めて東京に来ていた。

On the same day, Miyuki too came to Tokyo seeking inspiration for her artwork.

彼女は過去の恋から立ち直れず、新しいスタートを切るため、この地に訪れたのだ。

Unable to move on from a past romance, she visited this place to make a new start.

突然、雲が厚くなり、ポツポツと雨が降り始めた。

Suddenly, the clouds thickened, and it began to rain lightly.

観光客たちは慌てて木陰に避難する。

Tourists hurriedly took shelter under the trees.

ハルトもその一人で、見事な大きさの桜の木の下に入った。

Haruto, being one of them, found cover under a remarkably large cherry tree.

そこで彼は、同じく雨宿りをしているミユキと出会った。

There, he met Miyuki, who was also taking refuge from the rain.

「雨ですね。」ハルトが話しかけた。

"It's raining, isn't it?" Haruto started the conversation.

「ええ、ちょっとびっくりしましたね。でも、これもまた春の風情ですね。」ミユキが微笑んで返す。

"Yes, it was a bit surprising, wasn't it? But this is also part of the spring charm, isn’t it?" Miyuki replied with a smile.

不思議と会話が続いた。

Strangely, their conversation continued.

彼らの話は、仕事のこと、夢のこと、そしてこれからのことにまで及んだ。

Their talks extended to topics about work, dreams, and even the future.

ハルトは、自分の心が軽くなるのを感じた。

Haruto felt his heart lighten.
