東京の科学博物館では、春の日ざしが眩しく、学生たちが楽しく賑わっていました。

At the Tokyo Science Museum, the spring sunlight was dazzling, and the students were enjoying themselves energetically.

桜の花が風に揺れ、ふわりと舞い落ちます。

The sakura blossoms swayed in the wind, softly fluttering down.

そこには好奇心旺盛なハルカ、冒険好きのタロウ、そして思慮深いユミがいました。

Among them were the curious Haruka, the adventurous Tarou, and the thoughtful Yumi.

今日は学校の遠足の日です。

Today was the school excursion day.

ハルカは宇宙の展示を楽しみにしていました。

Haruka was looking forward to the space exhibit.

しかし、人が多くて少し怖い気持ちもありました。

However, the large crowd made her feel a little scared.

「新しいことを見つけて、みんなに話したいなあ」とハルカは思います。

"I want to discover something new and tell everyone about it," Haruka thought.

でも、どうやって話しかけたらいいのか分かりません。

But she didn't know how to start a conversation.

タロウは元気いっぱいで、「他のところに行きたいな」とひそかに考えていました。

Tarou, full of energy, secretly thought, "I want to go somewhere else."

タロウは、ハルカに小声で言いました。「ねえ、宇宙の展示に行こうよ。」

Tarou whispered to Haruka, "Hey, let's go to the space exhibit."

その言葉にハルカは心が躍ります。

Haruka's heart leapt at those words.

「行こう！ユミも一緒に来る？」と勇気を出して言いました。

"Let's go! Yumi, will you come too?" she bravely asked.

ユミは微笑みながら、「もちろん、写真をたくさん撮りたい」と答えました。

Smiling, Yumi replied, "Of course, I want to take lots of photos."

3人はこっそりと宇宙の展示エリアに向かいました。

The three secretly headed towards the space exhibition area.

そこには素敵な天文館がありました。

There was a splendid planetarium there.

天井には星が輝き、ほとんど現実とは思えない美しさでした。

Stars shone on the ceiling, their beauty almost unbelievable.

ハルカは緊張しながらも、一歩前に出ます。

Nervously, Haruka took a step forward.

「みんな、あの星はたくさんの光年を超えて、今、私たちの目に届いているんだよ」と語りかけました。

"Everyone, that star has traveled across many light-years to reach our eyes now," she began.

その言葉に、タロウもユミも目を輝かせます。

Tarou and Yumi's eyes lit up at her words.

「本当？すごいね！」と驚いた声があがります。

"Really? That's amazing!" they exclaimed in surprise.

他の生徒たちも耳を傾け始め、ハルカの話に引き込まれていきます。

Other students also began to listen, drawn into Haruka’s story.

ハルカは少しずつ自分に自信を持ち始めました。

Gradually, Haruka started to gain confidence in herself.

遠足の最後に、ユミはカメラを取り出しました。

At the end of the excursion, Yumi took out her camera.

「みんなで写真を撮ろう！」

"Let's take a photo together!"

3人は肩を寄せ合い、天文館の前で笑顔を見せます。

The three of them huddled close and smiled in front of the planetarium.

シャッターの音と共に、外では桜の花びらがゆっくりと舞い降りていました。

With the sound of the shutter, the sakura petals outside gently drifted down.

この経験で、ハルカは大切なことに気付きました。自分の興味を隠す必要はないこと。そして、興味を共有することで友達ができること。

Through this experience, Haruka realized something important: that there was no need to hide her interests, and that sharing those interests could create friendships.

タロウとユミと過ごす時間が、ハルカにとって大切な思い出となりました。

The time spent with Tarou and Yumi became a cherished memory for Haruka.

春の風薫る日、３人は桜の下で新たな友情を育みました。

On a day graced by the scent of the spring breeze, the three nurtured a new friendship under the sakura trees.
