夏の日、上野公園は賑やかだった。

ユキとハルトは、久しぶりに会うために公園にやって来た。

ユキは長い間海外に住んでいたが、今は東京に戻ってきたばかりだ。

「東京はこんなに変わったんだ」とユキは心の中でつぶやいた。

ハルトは、友人のユキに会えることを楽しみにしていたが、不安もあった。

「彼女は変わったかな。

"Has she changed?

昔のように笑い合えるだろうか」と自問自答していた。

Can we still laugh together like we used to?" he wondered.

しかし、ハルトは決意した。変わったとしても、それが友達だ。

公園の一角、静かな場所に座り、話が始まった。

二人はしばらく静かに座り、ただ風の音を聞いていた。

「本当は少し怖かったの。
