Sofia was particularly determined to finish her ice cream, but every time she raised the cone to her mouth the pigeons dived into the food.

"Ma quanto sono fastidiosi questi piccioni?!"

"How annoying are these pigeons?!"

esclamò Marco, scacciandoli con la mano.

exclaimed Marco, pushing them away with his hand.

"Non riesco a finire il mio gelato!"

"I can't finish my ice cream!"

disse Sofia.

Luca, invece, provò a diventare amico dei volatili affascinanti.

Luca, on the other hand, tried to make friends with the fascinating birds.

"Hey, piccioni!

"Hey, pigeons!

Vuoi qualche pezzo del mio gelato?"

Do you want a few pieces of my ice cream?"

Sofia emise un piccolo grido.

Sofia let out a small cry.

"Se non li allontaniamo, non avremo mai la possibilità di finire il nostro gelato!"

"If we don't get them away, we'll never have a chance to finish our ice cream!"

Marco concordò.

Mark agreed.

"Dobbiamo trovare un modo per respingere questi fastidiosi uccelli."

"We have to find a way to repel these pesky birds."

Improvvisamente, ebbero un'idea.

Suddenly, they had an idea.

Iniziarono a far sì che i piccioni si rincorressero, lanciando dei pezzi di pane appena fuori dalla panchina.

They started making pigeons chase each other, throwing pieces of bread just off the bench.

chiamò Luca.

disse Sofia, ridendo.

esclamò Marco.
