Attila és Csilla az Andrássy úton, Budapest csillogó szívében bandukoltak.

Attila and Csilla were strolling along Andrássy Avenue, in the glittering heart of Budapest.

Jópofa szettben voltak, mindenféle színekben pompázó fürdőruhákban, akik eltévedtek a város kavargásában.

They were dressed in a cute set of bathing suits, adorned with all kinds of colors, as if they had gotten lost in the city's whirlwind.

János, a jó barátjuk sík elhagyatott szállásukra, de ők ketten valahogy csak úgy elszöktek, hogy kergetőzni kezdtek a Városligetben, aztán ott már elveszett minden logika.

Their friend János had left for their deserted flat, but somehow the two of them managed to escape, chasing each other in Városliget, and soon all logic was lost.

Egyszer csak ott találták magukat a Széchenyi fürdő előtt.

Suddenly, they found themselves in front of Széchenyi Baths.

Attila falatnyi zöld fürdőnadrágja, ami inkább hasonlított egy elnyúlt tangára, élesen kontrasztált Csilla élénk rózsaszín fürdőruhájával, aminek csak úgy villogtak az aranycsíkjai.

Attila's tiny green swimming trunks, which resembled more of a stretched-out thong, sharply contrasted Csilla's bright pink bathing suit, with its shiny golden stripes.

- Jaj, de nevetségesen nézünk ki!

"Oh, we look ridiculous!"

- nevetett Csilla, miközben Attilát mustáros napszemüvegén keresztül figyelte.

laughed Csilla, as she observed Attila through his mustard sunglasses.

Attila rámeredt a fürdő előtti hatalmas órára, amely lassan ketyegett.

Attila stared at the huge clock in front of the baths, which was ticking slowly.

"Eltévedtünk" - döbbent rá hirtelen.

"We got lost," he suddenly realized.

"But at least we have our bathing suits," he smiled broadly.

Egy kávézó teraszán ülő János éppen telefonon dumált valakivel, mikor a szemébe ötlik Attila és Csilla látványa.

János, sitting on a terrace of a café, was on the phone when he noticed Attila and Csilla.

Majdnem fulladt a röhögéstől.

He almost choked on his laughter.

Attila meg Csilla beléptek a fürdőbe, és bár furcsán néztek ki, mégis élvezték a pillanatot.

Attila and Csilla entered the baths, and although they looked strange, they still enjoyed the moment.

A fürdő meleg vize csodás volt, de a legjobb rész mégis az volt, ahogy a többiek az ő nevetséges fürdőruháikra meredtek.

The warm water of the baths was wonderful, but the best part was the way others stared at their ridiculous bathing suits.

Az úszás után a szaunában találkoztak Jánossal.

After swimming, they met János in the sauna.

"Megérkeztem!

"I've arrived!"

" - kiáltotta, és felnevetett.

he exclaimed and burst into laughter.

Nikotinos hangja visszhangzott a kis faépületben.

His nicotine-filled voice echoed in the small wooden building.

Ezután dicsekvő sztorikba kezdtek.

Then they started boasting about their stories.

Csilla professzionális úszónak mondta magát, Attila pedig olimpiai birkózónak.

Csilla claimed to be a professional swimmer, while Attila pretended to be an Olympic wrestler.

János csak nevetett, és belemártotta lábát a hideg medencébe.

János just laughed and dipped his feet into the cold pool.

Végül úgy döntöttek, eltévedni nem is olyan rossz, ha van, aki velünk nevet.

Finally, they decided that getting lost wasn't so bad if you have someone to laugh with.

Csak a legjobb barátoddal lehet ilyen ostobaságot csinálni, és még jól is érezni magad közben.

You can only do such foolish things with your best friend, and still have a great time.

Mikor végül hazaértek a szállásra, Attila és Csilla összenéztek.

When they finally returned to their accommodations, Attila and Csilla looked at each other.

-Ez már csak ilyen nap volt - mondta Attila, még mindig a nevetéstől könnyes szemmel.

"This was just one of those days," Attila said, still wiping tears of laughter from his eyes.

- Ilyenkor a legjobb, ha egyszerűen csak nevetsz - vágott vissza Csilla, mire mindhárman harsány nevetésben törtek ki.

"At times like this, the best thing to do is simply laugh," Csilla replied, and they all burst into loud laughter.

És így történt, hogy egy abszurd nap végén megerősödött a barátságuk.

And so it happened that at the end of an absurd day, their friendship grew stronger.

Mert a nevetés tényleg a legjobb orvosság.

Because laughter truly is the best medicine.

Akkor is, ha eltévedsz, és akkor is, ha a fürdőruhád abszurd.
