Luka and Mirna are enjoying a beautiful day in the Plitvička jezera National Park.

Proljeće je donijelo živopisne boje cvijeća, a voda blista pod svjetlom sunca.

Spring has brought vibrant colors of flowers, and the water glistens under the sunlight.

Grupa turista sa kojom su došli užurbano se kreće stazama, ali Luka, nepopustljiv avanturist, uvjeren je da može pokazati Mirni prečicu.

The group of tourists they came with is moving busily along the trails, but Luka, the unyielding adventurer, is convinced he can show Mirna a shortcut.

“Pogledaj taj slap, Mirna.

"Look at that waterfall, Mirna.

Idemo ovuda, skratit ćemo put!

Let's go this way, we'll shorten the path!"

” povika Luka.

Mirna je sumnjičava.

Mirna is skeptical.

“Nisam sigurna, Luka.

"I'm not sure, Luka.

Bolje je da slijedimo stazu.

It's better to follow the trail."

” No, Luka je već krenuo, čvrstog koraka.

But Luka has already started off, walking with determination.

Hodajući kroz gustu šumu, Mirna osjeća laganu nervozu.

Walking through the dense forest, Mirna feels a slight nervousness.

Drveće je visoko i putovi se križaju.

The trees are tall and the paths intersect.

Luka, i dalje siguran u svoj smjer, prkosno ide naprijed.

Luka, still confident in his direction, defiantly moves forward.

Ali uskoro, staza nestaje.

But soon, the path disappears.

“Mislio sam da je ovdje glavni put,” zabrinuto prizna Luka.

"I thought the main path was here," Luka admits worriedly.

Mirna se osvrće.

Mirna looks around.

“Izgubili smo se,” kaže tiho.

"We're lost," she says quietly.

Luka pokušava ostati smiren.

Luka tries to stay calm.

"Samo još malo, naći ćemo ga.

"Just a little more, we'll find it."

" No, sunce je sve niže, a sjene se produljuju.

But the sun is setting lower, and the shadows are lengthening.

Mirna staje i vadi mapu iz ruksaka.

Mirna stops and pulls out a map from her backpack.

“Pogledaj, tu smo,” kaže pokazujući prstom.

"Look, here we are," she says, pointing with her finger.

Luka uzdahne, prepoznajući poznati put na karti.

Luka sighs, recognizing the familiar path on the map.

“Dobro, idemo se vratiti,” složi se.

"Alright, let's go back," he agrees.

Pazeći na znakove iz prirode koje je ranije previdio, Luka slijedi Mirnine upute.

Paying attention to the signs from nature he previously overlooked, Luka follows Mirna's directions.

Dok hodaju putem koji Mirna odabere, tonovi zalaska sunca obasjavaju nebo.

As they walk along the path Mirna chooses, the tones of the sunset illuminate the sky.

Na kraju, izlaze na stazu gdje vide ostatak grupe kako gleda zadivljujući prizor – sunce koje tone iza jezera, bojeći vodu zlatnim nijansama.

In the end, they emerge onto the trail where they see the rest of the group watching an awe-inspiring sight – the sun sinking behind the lake, painting the water in golden hues.

“Mirna, bio sam u krivu.

"Mirna, I was wrong.

Trebao sam te bolje slušati,” prizna Luka s osmijehom.

I should have listened to you better," Luka admits with a smile.

Mirna se nasmije.

Mirna smiles back.

“Uvijek sam tu da pazim na nas.

"I'm always here to watch over us."

”Ponovno zajedno u mirisu proljetnog cvijeća i promatrajući zalazak sunca, oboje saznaju nešto važno.

Together again amidst the scent of spring flowers and watching the sunset, they both learn something important.

Luka shvaća kako je važno slušati i razumjeti drugačije perspektive, dok Mirna spoznaje snagu vlastitih odluka.

Luka realizes the importance of listening and understanding different perspectives, while Mirna recognizes the strength of her own decisions.
