दिल्ली के कनॉट प्लेस की गलियां दीवाली के मौके पर झिलमिलाती रोशनी से सज गई थीं।

रास्तों पर चलते लोगों की भीड़, दुकानों में सजावट की जगमगाहट और दुकानदारों की आवाजें मिलकर इस जगह को जीवंत और उत्सवी बना रही थीं।

The crowd of people on the roads, the sparkle of decorations in the shops, and the voices of the shopkeepers together made this place lively and festive.

इसी भीड़ में, ऑफिस के काम से थका हुआ रोहन, अपने माता-पिता की परंपराओं से जुड़े रहने के लिए दीवाली के लिए सजावटें खरीदने निकला था।

In this crowd, Rohan, worn out from his office work, ventured out to purchase decorations for Diwali to stay connected with his parents' traditions.

रोहन के साथ उसके दोस्त विक्रम और आरती भी थे।

Accompanying Rohan were his friends Vikram and Aarti.

आरती उसे अलग-अलग तरह के दीपक और तोरण दिखा रही थी, जबकि विक्रम मिठाइयों की दुकान के आगे खड़ा था।

Aarti was showing him various types of lamps and torans, while Vikram stood in front of a sweet shop.

"रोहन, तुमने ये दीये देखे हैं?

"Rohan, have you seen these lamps?

Aren't they beautiful!"

" आरती ने कहा।

said Aarti.

लेकिन रोहन की आंखों में बेचैनी थी।

वह भीड़ और शोर में घबराया हुआ था।

He was anxious in the crowd and noise.

"मुझे थोड़ा ब्रेक चाहिए," उसने कहा, और पास के कैफे की ओर चल पड़ा।

"I need a little break," he said, and walked towards a nearby cafe.

कैफे में चाय का कप हाथ में लेते हुए रोहन ने सोचा।

Holding a cup of tea in his hand at the cafe, Rohan pondered.
