He had the most medicines, but his deals were always dubious.

अरुण ने संजय की ओर बढ़ते हुए चौकड़ीबाजी की और संजय के सामने खड़ा हो गया।

Arun, while strategizing, approached Sanjay and stood before him.

"मुझे मीरा के लिए दवा चाहिए," उसने कहा।

"I need medicine for Meera," he said.

Sanjay looked him up and down and asked, "What do you have?"

Arun had some food items, but they didn't satisfy Sanjay.

"What do you want?"

" अरुण ने हताशा में पूछा।

Arun asked in desperation.

He took out the heirloom in front of Sanjay and saw the greed in his eyes.

अरुण को भरोसा नहीं था कि संजय वादा निभाएगा, फिर भी उसने आभूषण सौंपने का निर्णय लिया।

Arun didn't trust that Sanjay would keep his promise, yet he decided to hand over the heirloom.

उसके पास और कोई विकल्प नहीं था।
