ठंडी सर्दियों की एक शाम थी।

Study materials, college books, and personal belongings of students were scattered around.

इन्हीं कोनों में से एक, बेड के नीचे कुछ छुपा था।

Beneath one of these corners, something was hidden under the bed.

आवाज़ों और चर्चाओं के बीच, आरव और मीरा अपने प्रोजेक्ट पर काम कर रहे थे।

Amidst the sounds and discussions, Aarav and Meera were working on their project.

तभी आरव की नज़र बेड के नीचे किसी चीज़ पर पड़ी।

Just then, Aarav noticed something under the bed.

उत्सुकता से उसने उसे निकाला।

With curiosity, he pulled it out.

यह एक पुराना नोट था, जिस पर कुछ लिखा था।

It was an old note with something written on it.

Aarav thought, "Perhaps we should solve it together with Meera."

He nodded in agreement, and they opened the note and read it.

After walking through every corner of the dorm, they realized that the instructions pointed toward the college attic.

अटारी का दरवाजा थोड़ा पुराना लेकिन मजबूत था।

The attic door was old but sturdy.

दोनों ने साहस बटोरा और दरवाजा खोला।

They gathered courage and opened the door.

अटारी में एक कोना था, जिसे सजाया गया था।

There was a corner in the attic, which was decorated.

वहाँ एक पुरानी किताब रखी थी।

There was an old book placed there.

उसे पढ़ते ही दोनों की आँखें खुली की खुली रह गईं।

As soon as they read it, their eyes widened in amazement.

वह नोट दरअसल एक कॉलेज परंपरा का हिस्सा था।

The note was actually part of a college tradition.

कुछ पुराने छात्र अपने पहले साल की कहानियों को ऐसी पहेलियों के रूप में छोड़ जाया करते थे ताकि नए छात्रों का मेलजोल बढ़ सके और यह एक तरह की मजेदार परंपरा बन गई थी।

Some former students used to leave their freshman year stories in the form of such riddles so that new students could bond better and it became a kind of fun tradition.

आरव के मन से चिंता निकल गई और उसने मुस्कुरा के मीरा की ओर देखा।

The worry vanished from Aarav's mind, and he smiled at Meera.

उसने सोचा, "कुछ नया करने से हम कितना कुछ सीख सकते हैं।

He thought, "By trying something new, we can learn so much."

एक ने उत्सुकता के साथ कुछ नया अपनाना सीखा तो दूसरे ने गंभीरता को थोड़ा कम कर मज़े के साथ आगे बढ़ना सीखा।

One learned to embrace something new with curiosity, while the other learned to lessen seriousness and move forward with enjoyment.
