In the heart of Mumbai, there stands a tall skyscraper.

ठंडी सर्दी की शाम, जब सूरज डूब रहा था और उसकी लालिमा ने आसमान को नारंगी कर दिया था।

It was a cold winter evening, as the sun was setting and its red glow had turned the sky orange.

इस भवन के एक आधुनिक लिफ्ट में आकाशीय दृश्य साफ दिखाई दे रहा था।

From the modern elevator of this building, the aerial view was clearly visible.

यही वह जगह थी, जहाँ आरव अपने काम में व्यस्त था।

This was the place where Aarav was busy with his work.

आरव एक युवा वास्तुविद था।

Aarav was a young architect.

वह कई दिनों से एक बड़े प्रोजेक्ट पर काम कर रहा था।

He had been working on a large project for many days.

ऑफिस की चमचमाती लाइट्स और कंप्यूटर की घनघनाहट के बीच वह खुद को अकेला महसूस करता था।

Amidst the sparkling office lights and the whir of computers, he felt lonely.

इसी बीच, उसने अपने डेस्क से उठकर अपनी फाइल्स को समेटा और लिफ्ट की ओर बढ़ गया, ताकि थोड़ी ताज़ी हवा ले सके।

In the midst of this, he got up from his desk, gathered his files, and headed towards the elevator to catch some fresh air.

उसी समय माया, एक मार्केटिंग एग्जीक्यूटिव, अपने ऑफिस मीटिंग के लिए वहाँ के बड़े ऑफिस में आई थी।

माया की काम की दिनचर्या बेहद व्यस्त थी।

समय पर पहुँचने की चिंता, उसके चेहरे पर साफ झलक रही थी।

जब माया लिफ्ट में चढ़ी, तो उसने देखा कि आरव वहाँ पहले से मौजूद था।

When Maya entered the elevator, she saw that Aarav was already present there.

At that time, Rohan, Maya's colleague, was joking around in the elevator.

उसने कुछ हल्की-फुल्की बातें कीं और अपने मंज़िल पहुंचने के बाद जल्दी से बाहर निकल गया।

He made some light-hearted remarks and quickly exited after reaching his destination.

रोहन के जाने के बाद, लिफ्ट में एक पल का सन्नाटा छा गया।

After Rohan left, the elevator was enveloped in a moment of silence.

आरव ने झिझकते हुए कहा, “हेलो, मेरा नाम आरव है। आप यहाँ किसी मीटिंग के लिए आई हैं क्या?”

Aarav hesitantly said, “Hello, my name is Aarav. Are you here for a meeting?”

माया ने हल्के मुस्कान के साथ उत्तर दिया, “जी हाँ, मेरा नाम माया है। यहाँ एक मीटिंग के लिए आने का मौका मिला।”

Maya replied with a slight smile, “Yes, my name is Maya. I got a chance to come here for a meeting.”

अचानक, लिफ्ट झटके से रुक गई।

Suddenly, the elevator stopped with a jolt.

अचानक हुए इस ठहराव ने दोनों को आश्चर्यचकित कर दिया।

This unexpected halt surprised the both of them.

बाहर का दृश्य स्थिर और शांत था, पर उनके मन में हलचल मच गई।

The outside view was still and calm, but there was a commotion in their minds.

कुछ पल के बाद, आरव ने कहा, “शायद लिफ्ट में कुछ तकनीकी खराबी हो गई।”

After a few moments, Aarav said, “Maybe there’s a technical fault in the elevator.”

माया ने हल्की हंसी के साथ कहा, “कभी-कभी जिंदगी में ऐसे ही रुकावटें आती हैं। शायद हमें कुछ नया सीखना होगा।”

Maya replied with a light laugh, “Sometimes, life throws such obstacles. Perhaps we need to learn something new.”

दोनों ने इस अप्रत्याशित स्थिति पर मिलकर हंसना शुरू कर दिया।

Both of them started laughing together at this unexpected situation.
