जैसलमेर का बाजार दीवाली की खुशी में झूम रहा था।

The market of Jaisalmer was swaying in the joy of Diwali.

चारों ओर रंग-बिरंगे दीये झिलमिला रहे थे।

हवा में मिठाईयों और सीटी से गूंजते बच्चों की हंसी की आवाज थी।

रतनलाल के बारे में कहा जाता था कि वह काफी महंगे दाम लेता था।

मसाले उसकी दुकान के प्रमुख उत्पाद थे, और उसी के पास सबसे अच्छे और दुर्लभ मसाले मिलते थे।

“यहीं से शुरू करते हैं,” अर्जुन ने कहा।

अर्जुन और नीरज रतनलाल के पास पहुंचे।

अर्जुन ने नम्रता से रतनलाल से पूछा, “आपके पास खास मसाले हैं क्या?”

उसने कहा, “दीवाली है, कुछ तो रियायत दे सकते हैं।”

रतनलाल ने उसका चेहरा देखा और हंसे।

“देखते हैं, युवा। क्या पेशकश है तुम्हारी?”

“Let's see, young man. What are you offering?”

अर्जुन ने अपनी गणित की सारी चतुराई पर ध्यान केंद्रित करते हुए एक प्रस्ताव दिया।

Arjun focused all his cleverness in math to present a proposal.

रतनलाल ने सोचा, फिर कुछ मसाले चुने और कहा, “यह लो, लेकिन अगली बार मेरे पास पहले आना।”
