The Jaipur Literature Festival was in full swing.

चारों ओर से लोग आए थे—कुछ किताबें पढ़ने के लिए, तो कुछ अपने पसंदीदा लेखकों से मिलने के लिए।

People had come from all around—some to read books, and others to meet their favorite authors.

राज, पुस्तकों का दीवाना, हाथ में एक डायरी लिए घूम रहा था।

Raj, a book lover, was wandering around with a diary in hand.

उसकी आँखों में एक चमक थी, लेकिन मन में एक ख्याल जो बार-बार आता और जाता।

There was a sparkle in his eyes, but a thought kept coming and going in his mind.

वह अपनी प्रेमिका पूजा के बारे में सोच रहा था, जो विदेश में पढ़ाई कर रही थी।

He was thinking about his girlfriend Pooja, who was studying abroad.

दूरियां उसे हर घड़ी याद आती थीं।

The distance was always on his mind.

वह कविता लिखना चाहता था, अपनी भावनाएँ शब्दों में ढालना चाहता था, पर शब्द जाने कहाँ गुम हो जाते।

He wanted to write poetry, to express his feelings in words, but somehow the words seemed to get lost.

राज का मित्र अमित उसके साथ था।

Raj's friend Amit was with him.

अमित मस्तमौला, एकदम बिंदास।

Amit was carefree, absolutely easygoing.

वह जानता था कि राज के दिल में पूजा के लिए कितनी तड़प है।

He knew how much Raj yearned for Pooja.

"राज, तू चिंता मत कर यार।

"Don't worry, buddy.

महोत्सव की रंगीनियाँ तुझमें नई प्रेरणा जरूर भरेंगी," अमित ने उसका उत्साह बढ़ाते हुए कहा।

The colors of the festival will surely inspire you anew," Amit encouraged him.

राज ने अमित की सलाह मानी और महोत्सव में खुद को डुबो दिया।

Raj took Amit's advice and immersed himself in the festival.

रंग-बिरंगे तंबुओं के नीचे विभिन्न पुस्तक विमोचन और साहित्यिक चर्चाएँ चल रही थीं।

राज ने एक प्रसिद्ध लेखक के वक्तव्य पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया।

Raj focused on a speech by a renowned author.

लेखक ने प्यार और जुदाई पर कुछ ऐसा कहा जिसने राज के दिल के तार छेड़ दिए।

The author said something about love and separation that struck a chord in Raj's heart.

वह नहीं रुका।

He didn't stop.

सीधे वीडियो कॉल पर गया और पूजा को महोत्सव की रंगीनियाँ दिखाने लगा।

He went straight to a video call and began to show Pooja the colors of the festival.

"पूजा, सुन ना!

"Listen, Pooja!

तेरे लिए एक कविता लिखी है," राज ने उत्सुकता में कहा।

I've written a poem for you," Raj said excitedly.

पूजा ने मुस्कराते हुए कहा, "बोलो ना, अब और इंतज़ार नहीं कर सकती।

With a smile, Pooja said, "Go on, I can't wait any longer."

" राज ने अपनी कविता पढ़नी शुरू की और पूजा के चेहरे पर खुशी के आंसू छलक पड़े।
