בקיץ חם ושטוף שמש, אבנר, ליאורה, ויצחק עומדים מול הכותל המערבי.

On a hot and sunny summer day, Avner, Liora, and Yitzhak stand in front of the Western Wall.

אבנר מתכוון להוכיח למנהלו את יכולות ההדרכה שלו.

Avner intends to prove his guiding skills to his manager.

כמידי יום, הרחבה מלאה בתיירים סקרנים.

As usual, the plaza is full of curious tourists.

התיירים נשמעים כגל מתמשך של שאלות: "איך מגיעים לעיר דוד?

The tourists sound like a continuous wave of questions: "How do you get to the City of David?"

" או "איפה שוק מחנה יהודה?

or "Where is the Mahane Yehuda Market?"

"אבנר, מלא ביטחון, מתחיל להדריך.

Avner, full of confidence, begins to guide.

ליאורה לצידו, מחזיקה מפה, מנסה לעקוב אחר כיווניו.

Liora stands by his side, holding a map, trying to follow his directions.

יצחק, עם חיוך ערמומי, משגיח על שניהם ומחפש הזדמנות להוסיף את הטוויסט שלו.

Yitzhak, with a sly smile, supervises both of them and looks for an opportunity to add his twist.

כשהם מתחילים ללכת, השבילים הצרים של העיר העתיקה הופכים למבוך של אבן.

As they start walking, the narrow paths of the Old City become a stone labyrinth.

אבנר, שמגיעים מורה דרך עם כל האלפים בעל זמניו, מתבלבל לפתע.

Avner, an experienced guide by all accounts, suddenly gets confused.

"יצחק, שמאלה נכון?

"Yitzhak, left, right?"

" שואל בטון מהוסס.

he asks hesitantly.

יצחק מחייך, "בטח, שמאלה!

Yitzhak smiles, "Sure, left!"

"בלי לחשוב, אבנר נכנס לסימטה אפלה ומסובכת.

Without thinking, Avner enters a dark and complicated alley.

ליאורה מתקדמת לצדו, הפנים שלה מוטרד.

Liora advances at his side, her face worried.

היא שולפת את הטלפון ומסתכלת על המפה.

She pulls out her phone and looks at the map.

"אבנר, נראה לי שזה לא הכיוון הנכון," היא אומרת.

"Avner, I think this isn't the right direction," she says.

אבל אבנר לא מקשיב.

But Avner doesn't listen.

הוא נחוש להאמין ליצחק.

He is determined to trust Yitzhak.

"אין בעיה, נסמוך על יצחק," הוא מחליט.

"No problem, let's rely on Yitzhak," he decides.

בעוד הם מתעמקים עוד ועוד בתוך המבוך העתיק, יצחק לא מפסיק לצחוק בלב.

As they delve deeper into the ancient maze, Yitzhak doesn't stop laughing inwardly.

פתאום, מתוך האין, הם מגלים מעבר סודי.

Suddenly, out of nowhere, they discover a secret passage.

הם יוצאים ומתבררים מול קבוצה גדולה של תיירים.

They emerge, finding themselves in front of a large group of tourists.

"ברוכים הבאים למעבר המסתורי של ירושלים!

"Welcome to the mysterious passage of Jerusalem!"

" אבנר מכריז בחיוך מאולץ.

Avner announces with a forced smile.

התיירים המומים אך מתרשמים מהחווייה הייחודית.

The tourists are astonished but impressed by the unique experience.

הם מתחילים למחוא כפיים בהתרגשות.

They begin to applaud excitedly.

בסיום היום, אבנר מבין שלא תמיד הכיוון חשוב כמו הדרך.

By the end of the day, Avner realizes that the direction isn't always as important as the journey.

הוא לומד לצחוק על טעויות ואומר לליאורה: "את היית צודקת, היית צריכה להוביל.

He learns to laugh at mistakes and tells Liora, "You were right, you should have led."

"ליאורה, מרגישה בטוחה יותר, מחייכת.

Liora, feeling more confident, smiles.

יצחק מתקרב ואומר בשקט, "היה כיף לעבוד יחד.

Yitzhak approaches and quietly says, "It was fun working together."

"שלושתם מסתכלים על הכותל המואר באור השקיעה, ולרגע הכול מרגיש נכון.

The three of them look at the Western Wall illuminated in the sunset light, and for a moment, everything feels right.

הסיפורים לא תמיד יוצאים כפי שציפינו, אבל לפעמים אלו השגיאות שהופכות אותם לבלתי נשכחים.
