On the balcony of the familiar café, which sits on the sand, it is packed with sparkling lights.

אריאל יושב על שולחן קטן עם דוד, מתנשמים ומתלהבים, ומשסים את המתח של פגישה ראשונה.

Ariel sits at a small table with David, breathing heavily and excited, igniting the tension of a first meeting.

"האם בית הקפה הזה יפה או מה?

"Is this café beautiful or what?"

" חשב אריאל, ועיניו נחו על דוד, השומע בחיוך מתון.

thought Ariel, his eyes resting on David, who listened with a slight smile.

אריאל רצה להרשים, לבדוק האם חיוך זה מסמל חיבור אמיתי.

Ariel wanted to impress, to see if that smile indicated a true connection.

לפתע, אין שום סימן או אזהרה מוקדמת, עננים אפורים מתגלגלים בשמים הקיציים.

Suddenly, with no sign or prior warning, gray clouds roll in the summer sky.

השמיים שהיו כחולים כהים מתכסים בשמיכה אפרורית.

The sky, once dark blue, now covers with a gray blanket.

ברק מרהיב ונשמע רעם רחוק.

A magnificent lightning bolt is seen and a distant thunder is heard.

דוד הביט לשמיים וחייך, "אולי נזמין משהו מהר לפני שהגשם יתחיל?

David looked up at the sky and smiled, "Maybe we should order something quickly before the rain starts?"

" בינתיים, נואה, המלצרית הצעירה והחייכנית, מגיעה עם תפריט בידיה.

Meanwhile, Noa, the young and cheerful waitress, arrives with a menu in hand.

Yet, due to poor communication, she ended up bringing them something completely different than what they ordered.

Ariel considers: should he try to correct their order or stay quiet?

בעודו שוקל זאת, התחיל היורה.

As he ponders this, the rain begins.

מבול נחת על קפיטריה, גולשים החוצה להכין את המטריות.

A downpour hits the café, with everyone rushing outside to prepare their umbrellas.

אבל במקום להיכנס לפאניקה, אריאל מחליט לצחוק.

But instead of panicking, Ariel decides to laugh.

"דוד, למה שלא נרקוד בגשם?

"David, why don't we dance in the rain?"

" הוא אומר באומץ, צוחק על המצב.

he says boldly, laughing at the situation.

דוד משתף פעולה, צוחק גם הוא, והשניים עומדים על החוף, מתחת למכסה הסוכך, מרגישים את טיפות הגשם הקרירות על עיניהם וכתפיהם.

David joins in, laughing as well, and the two stand on the beach, under the canopy cover, feeling the cool raindrops on their eyes and shoulders.

מנגינת הפסנתר שבקפיטריה נמשכת, וכך גם הערב.

The piano music from the café continues, and so does the evening.

ככל שהגשם יורד, והם רטובים מכף רגל ועד ראש, הכול נראה מצחיק כל כך ומלא חיים.

As the rain pours, and they are drenched from head to toe, everything seems so amusing and full of life.

השניים מסיימים את הלילה מבוששים, בידיעה שהערב הזה ייחרט בזכרונם בשיר ריקודים חגיגי ומלא רוח חופשית.

The two finish the night reluctantly, knowing that this evening will be etched in their memory as a spontaneous and festive dance tune full of free spirit.

אריאל מבין שלפעמים רגעים אמיתיים עולים על כל תכנון, מודה לעצמו שלמד לחבק את הבלתי צפוי בחן.

Ariel understands that sometimes genuine moments surpass any plan, admitting to himself that he has learned to embrace the unexpected with grace.

כשהגשם פוסק והשמיים מתבהרים שוב, השניים יושבים שוב על השולחן הצמוד לים, חולמין את שאירע.

As the rain stops and the skies clear again, the two sit back at the seaside table, dreaming of what had happened.
