Amit וMiriam went on a nature hike in the Ein Gedi Reserve.

The spring sun gently warmed the trail and the birds sang.

עמית רצה לבלות זמן איכות עם בתו.

Amit wanted to spend quality time with his daughter.

הוא ידע שהיא לעתים קרובות שקועה בטלפון שלה, אבל היום רצה לשנות את המצב.

He knew she often got absorbed in her phone, but today he wanted to change the situation.

"מרים," אמר בזמן שהם הלכו במעלה השביל. "תראי את הפרחים האלה, את השילוב של הצבעים."

"Miriam," he said as they walked up the path, "look at these flowers, the combination of colors."

מרים הביטה לרגע ואז חזרה לטלפון שלה.

Miriam glanced for a moment and then returned to her phone.

"כן, יפה," מלמלה בלי התלהבות.

"Yes, beautiful," she mumbled without enthusiasm.

עמית חייך לעצמו, מתכנן תוכנית.

Amit smiled to himself, planning a strategy.

"בואי, יש כאן שביל שאנחנו חייבים לראות," אמר והצביע לכיוון שביל תלול יותר.

"Come on, there's a trail here we must see," he said, pointing towards a steeper path.

מרים נאנחה אבל הסכימה.

Miriam sighed but agreed.

הם התחילו לעלות והנוף סביבם השתנה.

They started to climb, and the scenery around them changed.

נחל קטן זרם ליד, וקולות המים יצרו מוזיקה טבעית.

A small stream flowed nearby, and the sound of the water created natural music.

כשהגיעו למפל קסום, עמית נעצר.

When they reached a magical waterfall, Amit stopped.

המים נשפכו בקצב מפעים לתוך בריכה קטנה מוקפת בצמחים ירוקים.

The water poured at a captivating pace into a small pool surrounded by green plants.

"וואו," אמרה מרים בהפתעה, אבל אז הגיעה התראה בטלפון שלה.

"Wow," Miriam said in surprise, but then her phone pinged with a notification.

היא הוציאה אותו מיד.

She took it out immediately.

עמית הביט בה.

Amit looked at her.

"מרים," קרא ברכות אך בנחישות.

"Miriam," he called softly but firmly.

"את פה איתי, לא עם הטלפון."

"You're here with me, not with the phone."

מרים הרימה את עיניה ופגשה את מבטו.

Miriam lifted her eyes and met his gaze.

היא הבינה.

She understood.

הניחה את הטלפון בכיס.

She put the phone into her pocket.

"סליחה, אבא," אמרה.

"Sorry, Dad," she said.

הם צפו יחד במפל, בשקט מלא משמעות.

They watched the waterfall together, in meaningful silence.

הרגע הזה היה שלהם.

That moment was theirs.

בעודם יושבים שם, מרים הרגישה איך האוויר סביבם וכמה הוא שונה מחייהם היומיומיים.

As they sat there, Miriam felt the air around them and how different it was from their daily lives.

היא חייכה לאביה וחיברה ידיו.

She smiled at her father and clasped his hands.

בסיום היום, כשהם פסעו חזרה לרכב, מרים חשבה על כל מה שראתה והרגישה.

By the end of the day, as they walked back to the car, Miriam thought about everything she had seen and felt.

She suddenly realized that time with her father and nature is a true gift.

Amit felt the change in his daughter and was happy.
