But the crowd was large, and they got lost in the mix.

  • Chrom Aoife ar bheith frustrach.

    Aoife began to feel frustrated.

  • "Tá mé i bhfad ó bhailchríoch," a smaoinigh sí.

"I'm far from home," she thought.

  • Ach rinne sí cinneadh eile.

    But she made another decision.

  • "Tá muid anseo anois, déanaimis taithí a fháil orainn féin," arsa Aoife le Cillian agus aoibh aici.

"We're here now, let's have an experience for ourselves," Aoife said to Cillian with a smile.

  • Shiúil siad le chéile ar seachrán.

    They wandered together.

  • Stop siad ag teach tábhairne beag.

They stopped at a small pub.

In the end, Aoife felt that Ireland was a part of her.

  • Bhí sí ar nós Éireannach go fíor.

    She felt truly Irish.

  • Luaigh sí go dtitfeadh an teach tábhairne isteach léi go deo mar áit speisialta.

She mentioned that the pub would always remain a special place for her.

With her friends, she was transitioning to a new life full of music, laughter, and gratitude.

The night was full of celebration and culture which Aoife was embracing.

  • B'í sin oíche nach ndéanfaí dearmad ar láithreach.

It was a night that would not be forgotten quickly.

  • Bhí Temple Bar fós lán le scéalta, agus b'ionann é sin agus a scéal féin anois.

Temple Bar was still full of stories, and that now included her own story.
