Camille lui fit un clin d'œil encourageant.
Camille gave him an encouraging wink.
"D'accord," murmura Émile.
"Alright," murmured Émile.
Il savait que c'était sa chance.
He knew it was his chance.
Luc réunit un petit groupe d'élèves.
Luc gathered a small group of students.
Émile se tenait devant eux, les mains tremblantes.
Émile stood in front of them, his hands trembling.
Il prit une grande inspiration.
He took a deep breath.
"Les poissons-clowns, comme ceux-là," dit-il en montrant l'aquarium, "vivent dans des anémones pour se protéger."
"Clownfish, like those," he said, pointing to the aquarium, "live in anemones to protect themselves."
Au fur et à mesure qu'il parlait, son enthousiasme grandissait.
As he spoke, his enthusiasm grew.
Les élèves l'écoutaient attentivement.
The students listened attentively.
Émile oubliait ses peurs.
Émile forgot his fears.

En quittant le musée, il regardait l'horizon.
As he left the museum, he looked at the horizon.

He knew he could accomplish much more.
Camille le taquina : "Alors, prochaine étape, devenir explorateur marin ?"
Camille teased him: "So, next step, becoming a marine explorer?"
Émile rit.
Émile laughed.
Oui, tout était possible.
