In the crisp autumn air, as the sun rested behind the horizon, Eero, Maija, and Tuuli stepped out of Tuuli's kota (Sami tent/hut).

Tämä oli Eeron ensimmäinen vierailu saamelaisyhteisössä Pohjois-Suomessa, ja hänen odotuksensa olivat korkealla.

This was Eero's first visit to a Sami community in Northern Finland, and his expectations were high.

He jättivät saamelaismaan taakseen, mutta sydämissään he kantoivat mukanaan kaiken oppimansa.

They left Sámi land behind, but in their hearts, they carried everything they had learned.

Kunnioitus, avoimuus ja ilo uusista seikkailuista säilyisivät heissä ikuisesti.
