Tallinna loomaaias oli vaikne sügisene päev.
At the Tallinna loomaaed it was a quiet autumn day.
Õhus oli tunda krõbedat jahedust ning maas lebavad kuldsed lehed krabisesid jalge all.
There was a crisp chill in the air, and the golden leaves on the ground rustled underfoot.
Inimesed jalutasid, soojalt riidesse mähituna, uudistades loomi.
People walked around, warmly dressed, admiring the animals.
Märt nautis selliseid päevi.
Märt enjoyed days like this.
Lindude jutuvada puude latvades, laste naer, loomade erinevad helid – see kõik rahustas teda.
The chatter of birds in the treetops, children's laughter, and the various sounds of animals—all of it soothed him.
Kuid täna oli teisiti.
But today was different.
Märt and his good friend Liis were strolling together pleasantly along the pathways surrounded by gardens.
Liis was calm and interested in nature; her presence gave Märt confidence.
Siiski, kui nad jõudsid hülgebasseini äärde, hakkas Märt äkitselt tundma, kuidas maa tema jalgade all kõikuma hakkas.
However, when they reached the seal pool, Märt suddenly began to feel the ground wobble beneath his feet.
The picture before his eyes started to swim, his heart fluttered, and his head spun.
He stopped for a moment and leaned against a bench.
"Kas sinuga on kõik korras, Märt?"
"Are you okay, Märt?"
küsis Liis murelikult, märkides tema kahvatut nägu.
Liis asked worriedly, noticing his pale face.
Märt püüdis naeratada, kuid tema sissepööratud pilk andis tema vaevustele tunnistust.
Märt attempted to smile, but his inward stare betrayed his discomfort.
He didn't want Liis to worry or see him as weak.
But eventually, when the image in front of him became increasingly blurry, he decided to be honest.
"Liis, ma ei tunne end hästi.
"Liis, I don't feel well.
Mul hakkab pea ringi käima," tunnistas Märt, püüdes tasakaalu hoida.
I'm getting dizzy," admitted Märt, trying to keep his balance.
Ta hääl oli vaikne, peaaegu häbelik.
His voice was quiet, almost bashful.
Nad olid just jõudnud kohta, kus hülged mängisid vees, nende liikumine tundus rahustavalt korduv.
They had just reached the spot where seals were playing in the water, their movements appearing soothingly repetitive.
Kuid Märt ei suutnud keskenduda.
But Märt couldn't focus.
Liis võttis kohe initsiatiivi, aitas Mätil pingile istuda, võttis kotist veega pudeli ja ulatas selle talle.
Liis immediately took the initiative, helped Märt to sit on the bench, took a bottle of water out of her bag, and handed it to him.
"Võta rahulikult, hinga sügavalt," ütles ta vaikselt, asetades käe ettevaatlikult tema õlale.
"Take it easy, breathe deeply," she said softly, placing her hand gently on his shoulder.
Nad istusid seal mõnda aega vaikides.
They sat there for some time in silence.
Märt rüüpas vett ja keskendus hingamisele.
Märt sipped water and focused on his breathing.
Hülged ujusid neile lähemale, nende mänguline loomus tõi Märtile vaikselt naeratuse huultele.
The seals swam closer to them, their playful nature bringing a quiet smile to Märt's lips.
"Kena, et sa ütlesid," lausus Liis lõpuks.
"It's good that you said something," Liis finally remarked.
"Me kõik vajame vahel abi."
"We all need help sometimes."
Märt noogutas ja tundis, kuidas pinge hakkas vaibuma.
Märt nodded and felt the tension start to ease.
He realized that it was not weakness to allow a friend to help him.
Pigem vastupidi, see oli märk usaldusest ja tugevusest.
Quite the opposite, it was a sign of trust and strength.
Sealsamas, hülgebasseini ääres, tundis Märt end lõpuks rahulikuna ja vabana.
Right there, by the seal pool, Märt finally felt calm and free.
Söandas lasta tänulikult Liisil end toetada.
He dared to let Liis support him gratefully.
They continued to watch the animals in silence, listening to the sounds of the water, and Märt understood that true friendship consists of simple moments and genuine caring.
He felt even the urban hustle and bustle softened, and the autumn day at the Tallinna loomaaed retained its quiet beauty.
