  • Talvehommikul oli Tallinn kaetud õrna lumekihiga.

On a winter morning, Tallinn was covered with a thin layer of snow.

Mihkel stepped into a small café, where his friends Anna and Jüri were already waiting.

The café was cozy and warm, with low-hanging lights above the tables, and the scent of fresh coffee and pastries caressed the nostrils.

  • Mihkel sättis end laua äärde, rõõmus, et saab oma sõpradele rääkida heast uudisest – edutamisest tööl.

Mihkel settled at the table, happy to share good news with his friends – a promotion at work.

A small anxiety lingered in his heart, but his decision was firm: today he would share his joy with others.

Anna and Jüri were already engaged in conversation, recalling events from the previous week.

After some time, as they all laughed and chatted, Mihkel felt an unexpected pain in his stomach.

  • Algul püüdis ta valu eirata, sest see tundus tähtsusetu.

At first, he tried to ignore it, thinking it was insignificant.

  • Kuid valu muutus tugevamaks ja hingamine raskemaks.

But the pain intensified and breathing became tougher.

He looked at his friends, pretending that everything was fine.

  • Mihkel ei suutnud kaua teeselda.

    Mihkel couldn't pretend for long.

  • "Ma tunnen, et .

    "I feel that...

  • mul on väga valus," pomises ta lõpuks, hääl värisemas.

I'm in a lot of pain," he finally muttered, his voice trembling.

  • Anna ja Jüri muutusid murelikuks.

    Anna and Jüri grew worried.

  • "Mihkel, see ei tundu hea," ütles Anna murelikult.

"Mihkel, this doesn't seem good," said Anna anxiously.

  • "Me peaksime küsima abi.

    "We should ask for help."

"I don't want to ruin the day," Mihkel replied, but the pain spread further.

  • Jüri tõusis püsti.

    Jüri stood up.

  • "Me läheme arsti juurde.

    "We're going to the doctor.

  • Sa oled oluline meile.

    You're important to us."

It was the moment when Mihkel realized he had to let go of his pride and trust his friends.

Together they rose and left the café behind, leaving the pleasant conversations and the smell of coffee.

In the clinic, where Mihkel received help, he realized how much his friends supported him.

  • Anna hoidis teda käest ja Jüri seisis kõrval, oodates, kuni arst teoelumärgid märkis.

Anna held his hand and Jüri stood by, waiting for the doctor to note the vital signs.

  • Mihkel tundis soojust ja tänulikkust.

    Mihkel felt warmth and gratitude.

  • Pärastlõunaks oli Mihkli valu taandunud.

By the afternoon, Mihkel's pain had subsided.

  • Ta istus polsterdatud toolis, vaadates oma sõpru.

He sat in a padded chair, looking at his friends.

"Thank you for being with me," he said with relief, realizing that vulnerability doesn't mean weakness.

Mihkel decided that from now on he would share his constant thoughts and feelings more with his friends.

  • Tänu sellele muutus nendevaheline side tugevamaks.

Thanks to this, their bond became stronger.

Leaving the café, they were now closer than ever before.

  • Väljas hüüdis lumi nende nime ja nad vastasid naerdes, teineteise kõrval jalutades.

Outside, the snow seemed to call their names, and they responded with laughter, walking side by side.

  • Täna oli tõeline sõpruse päev, hoolimata kõigest.

Today was a true day of friendship, despite everything.
