Roedd yr hydref wedi dod â lliwiau tanbaid i'r coed yng nghyffiniau'r Incubwyr Cychwyn Cymraeg, lle roedd pobl yn gweithio'n ddi-baid dan do modern gyda waliau gwydr.

The autumn had brought fiery colors to the trees around the Incubwyr Cychwyn Cymraeg, where people worked tirelessly under a modern roof with glass walls.

Gethin oedd y cefnogaeth blaenllaw, roedd ei uchelgais fel tân mewn gwacter.

Gethin was the leading support, his ambition like fire in a void.

Roedd eisiau gwneud ei deulu'n falch.

He wanted to make his family proud.

Ond roedd hi'n Samhain, pryd roedd yr hen draddodiadau'n atgofion byw yn ei feddwl, yn cynrychioli diwedd yr hydref a'r casgliadau.

But it was Samhain, when old traditions were living memories in his mind, representing the end of autumn and the gatherings.

Rhiannon, ei chwaer, oedd hanfod creadigol y tîm.

Rhiannon, his sister, was the creative essence of the team.

Roedd hi'n berson synhwyrol, llawn diddordeb mewn celf, ond bob amser yn cefnogi Gethin.

She was a perceptive person, full of interest in art, but always supporting Gethin.

Fodd bynnag, roedd ganddi ei chwilfrydedd ei hun hefyd.

However, she had her own curiosity as well.

Arddelodd Gethin syniad technoleg newydd.

Gethin embraced a new technology idea.

Roedd angen iddo ddenu buddsoddwyr.

Ond roedd y broses datblygu'n araf, a'r teulu yn mawr obeithio.

“Ond, rhaid i ni barchu ein hunain,” gwrthodai Rhiannon tawel.

Dechreuodd eu huchelgais dod at sefyllfa beryglus.

Ond roedd hi'n Samhain, ac roedd amser ar gyfer myfyrdod.

Felly, penderfynodd Rhiannon siarad.

“Gellid cyfuno tech a chelf,” cynigiodd hi.

“We could combine tech and art,” she proposed.

Cafodd Gethin funud o feddwl distaw, cyn gwaredu â chytundeb tawel.

Gethin had a moment of silent thought before resigning with quiet agreement.

Daeth y diwrnod cynhyrchu.

The production day arrived.

Roedd yr ystafell yn llawn buddsoddwyr â disgwylgar.

The room was full of expectant investors.

Caniatawyd y ddau baratoi eu prosiect gyda modelau deinamig a phaneli lliw.

“Mae'n arloesol ac yn wahanol,” esboniodd Gethin.

Ychwanegodd Rhiannon, “Mae'n barchus i'n gwerthoedd.”

Roedd y buddsoddwyr yn llygad eu lle, wedi'u swyno gan rhywbeth unigryw ac etheledig.

The investors were in awe, captivated by something unique and ethereal.

Nodweddion iechyd eu traddodiadau yn eu prosiect roedd yn denu diddordeb.

Features respecting their traditions in the project attracted interest.

Ar ddiwedd y cyfarfod, ac wrth i’r wybren ddiflannu mewn machlud hydref, gwelodd Gethin beth oedd o bwys gwirioneddol.

At the end of the meeting, and as the sky faded into an autumn sunset, Gethin saw what was truly important.

Dysgodd gwerthfawrogiad o syniadau Rhiannon a llwyddodd i foddio cydbwysedd rhwng busnes a moeseg personol.

He learned to appreciate Rhiannon's ideas and succeeded in balancing business with personal ethics.

Nes i weld bod Gethin yn clodfori'r byd newydd, yr oedd yn cael ei arwain gan nid dim ond un gobaith ond dau.

Roedd llwyddiant yn y disgwyl, a'r ddau'n ymadael gyda phrofiad newydd ac agwedd newydd tuag at fywyd.
