Roedd y gwynt y tu allan yn chwythu'r dail hydref, gan greu symffoni orffwyll o liwiau'r tymor wrth iddynt ddisgyn wrth y ffenestri mawrion.
The wind outside was blowing the autumn leaves, creating a wild symphony of seasonal colors as they fell past the large windows.
Y tu mewn i'r Tech Hub Cafe, roedd arogl cryf coffi yn llenwi'r aer, cynhesu'r gofod gyda naws gynnes.
Inside the Tech Hub Cafe, the strong aroma of coffee filled the air, warming the space with a cozy atmosphere.
Eisteddodd Dylan a Gwenda wrth fwrdd yng nghanol y caffi, swatio ar gadeiriau modern ac esmwyth.
Dylan and Gwenda sat at a table in the middle of the cafe, nestled into modern and comfortable chairs.
Roedd Dylan yn archddyweddiwr meddalwedd uchel ei ofn, gafael cadarn ar ei fwg coffi, ei lygaid yn llenwi â phryder.
Dylan, a nervous software architect, held his coffee mug tightly, his eyes filled with concern.
Gwenda, yr un llawdriniwr prosiect gyda gwên mor fawr ag ydir pryd ferw ei thacyn, eisteddodd gyferbyn.
Gwenda, a project manager with a smile as wide as the edge of her steaming mug, sat opposite him.
"Gwenda," dechreuodd Dylan yn frysiog, "beth oedd dy farn di am yr ebost gan y bos?"
"Gwenda," Dylan started hastily, "what did you think of the email from the boss?"
Disgwyliai Gwenda yn awgrymog wrth gofio'r neges ansicr a chadwedig a ddaeth bore heddiw.
Gwenda pondered, recalling the uncertain and guarded message that came in this morning.
"O, ti'n gwybod Sut mae 'n bos," atebodd yn rhwydd, "nag ond fydd rhaid i ni ddisgwyl tŷ sicr."
"Oh, you know how the boss is," she replied easily, "we'll just have to wait and see."
Ond roedd Dylan yn ansicr, chwilfrydig, am yr hyn a allai fod wedi’i golli.
But Dylan was uncertain, curious about what might have been missed.
"Beth os yw hyn yn golygu newyddion mawr i’r cwmni?" buodd o wrth gwrs, "lle gall gael effaith ar fy swydd?"
"What if this means big news for the company?" he wondered aloud, "where it could impact my job?"
Atebodd Gwenda, yn ymgais i’w goflaethu, "Ddim rhaid poeni llawer.
Gwenda answered, attempting to reassure him, "No need to worry too much.
Siȗn, yr ysgrifennydd, soniodd wrthyf am rywbeth — ond mail na ddywedodd 'na oroch na sioniau bod unrhyw beth caledol ar y gorwel."
Siȗn, the secretary, mentioned something to me — but she didn’t say there were any concrete plans on the horizon."
Yn blynoyn sydyn, dechreuodd Dylan gynllunio yn ei ben.
Suddenly, Dylan started planning in his head.
Roedd angen gwybodaeth ychwanegol.
He needed additional information.
"Beth oedd Siȗn wedi clywed? Na ai’n bosib fod y cwmni'n ailstrwythuro?
"What did Siȗn hear? Is it possible the company is restructuring?
A ydy hynny'n wir?"
Is that true?"
Gwenaodd Gwenda ond roedd am swci, amma neu dramor.
Gwenda smiled but was a bit evasive, abroad or domestic.
“Nid yw hynny'n glywir sawl gwaith.”
"That's not something that's heard often."
Gohiriodd Dylan ei ddiod, ei dwrndod wedi cryfhau, roedd vel a choodent o ddiddig in esiamplwr.
Dylan postponed his drink, his determination strengthening, he was like an explorer in anticipation.
Ond doeth innior amser yn cydrwrydiaeth os agorwyd hyd atgym marsir i'r cwmni.
The timing was wise to collaborate if they even opened up a margin for the company.
Prepluol oedd, i dylunio terfynol gerta edrych ar gyfer am ddre.
It was crucial, to design a final look for a move.
Mae roi 'chi'n dda’r addas, “Beth am gysylltu â'r bos a mynd ar srŷnd?”
“How about contacting the boss and getting clarification?”
Cydsyniodd Gwenda, gwiw gadw'r glen gofio.
Gwenda agreed, it was wise to keep records of the conversation.
"Mae well i ni gael esboniad, ar adeg mynd i gymer gwrthgair," amygodd am gylianta.
"We better get an explanation, at the time we need to be confident," she implied cautiously.
"Dwi ddim am ryngweithio rhagor heb gyfaddef wrth fy hun fy nghamgymeriad."
"I don’t want to engage further without admitting my own mistake."
Cyn pen ffa, cytunasant.
Soon, they agreed.
Yn hytrach na chaniatáu dyfalu, byddent yn chwilio am atebion go iawn.
Rather than allowing speculation, they would seek real answers.
Dwedodd eu bod rhaid cymharde austodd yn orfydfarn a rhoi gwerth i'w weledigaeth—cyfrifoldeb effeithiol.
They said it was essential to analyze objectively and give value to their vision—effective responsibility.
Am y tro, roedd y tyndra'n lleihau.
For now, the tension lessened.
Dysgodd Dylan y pŵer i dderbyn eglurhad yn lle bwydo gofidon bwrpasol.
Dylan learned the power of seeking clarification instead of feeding unnecessary worries.
Ar yr saith, fe ddeallodd Gwenda bod hi'n bwysig peidio â lledaenu siwrgens yn siwgria mwy.
Meanwhile, Gwenda understood the importance of not spreading baseless rumors.
Yn swf synigwedd, oedd hi, roedd yr het o rwydflu yn hyfryddi as nawr teimlad gwir yn ywybodaeth.
In a joyful realization, she was content with the newfound clarity and true understanding in the information received.
