  • Ar noson lawen o haf, roedd pobl Betws-y-Coed yn ymgasglu yn ystafell de fechan a hynod, gyda llenni blodau lliwgar yn amgylchynu'r ffenestri.

On a joyous summer's evening, the people of Betws-y-Coed gathered in a small and quaint tea room, with colorful floral curtains surrounding the windows.

  • Roedd arogl te ffres wedi'i wresogi a sgons cartref yn llenwi'r aer.

The scent of freshly brewed tea and homemade scones filled the air.

  • Yno, ymysg sŵn ysgrifennu tawel a sibrwd, digwyddai digwyddiad darllen barddoniaeth dan drefn Elena, y trefnydd ffodus.

There, amidst the quiet sound of writing and whispers, a poetry reading event was taking place under the organization of Elena, the fortunate organizer.

  • Gareth oedd newydd symud i'r pentref.

Gareth had just moved to the village.

  • Gwneuthurwr geiriau oedd, yn chwilio am ysgogiad i'w nofel newydd.

He was a wordsmith looking for inspiration for his new novel.

  • Roedd wedi bod yn ofni na fyddai'n ffitio i mewn, ond roedd Elena, gyda llygaid twyllodrus a gwên gyfarwydd, wedi'i berswadio i ddod.

He had been afraid he wouldn't fit in, but Elena, with her mischievous eyes and familiar smile, had persuaded him to come.

  • Yn gorwedd ar gadair bren a hen, edrychodd ar gynulleidfa o dan flewyn ei lygaid.

Lying back on an old wooden chair, he looked at the audience from beneath the lashes of his eyes.

  • Roedd Rhiannon, artist lleol, yn eistedd mewn cornel â'i dwylo wedi'u smwddio ar ei phad paentio, llygaid fawr a chwilfrydig, yn syllu arno.

Rhiannon, a local artist, sat in a corner with her hands folded on her painting pad, large and curious eyes staring at him.

  • Roedd ei chalon wedi chwerwi gan brofiadau llym o'r gorffennol, ond roedd hi'n cael ei denu at wyneb newydd y dyn ar y llwyfan.

Her heart had been embittered by harsh experiences from the past, yet she was drawn to the new face of the man on the stage.

  • Yn ystod intermission, a gyda hanes helaeth o ufuddhau i'w chalon, penderfynodd Rhiannon fynd at Gareth.

During the intermission, with a long history of following her heart, Rhiannon decided to approach Gareth.

  • Roedd ei wedd tawel heb ei noddi yn goleuo ei chwilfrydedd.

Her calm demeanor lit up her curiosity.

  • "Wyt ti'n darllen heno?" gofynnodd hi, llais melfarog yn torri trwy ei amheuaeth.

"Are you reading tonight?" she asked, her melodious voice cutting through his doubt.

  • Fe syfrdanodd Gareth yn gyntaf, ond yna, gwelodd y diddordeb gywir yn ei llygaid.

Gareth was taken aback at first, but then he saw the genuine interest in her eyes.

  • "Do, rwy'n darllen - ysgrifennais fi..." Meddai, ychydig o aflonyddwch yn ei lais, ond wedi ei leddfu gan ei gwen.

"Yes, I'm reading—I wrote..." he said, a bit of unease in his voice, but eased by her smile.

  • Yna, yn ystod y darllen barddoniaeth, darllenodd Gareth ddarn oedd yn llawn o ddelweddau newydd a hiraeth.

Then, during the poetry reading, Gareth read a piece full of new images and yearning.

  • Roedd yn ategu rhyw fath o boeni arall yn Rhiannon.

It resonated with a kind of unspoken anxiety in Rhiannon.

  • Ar ddiwedd y noson, ymadawodd Gareth a Rhiannon o'r ystafell de, gyda'r wres o'r haf yn dod i'w cyfarfod.

At the end of the night, Gareth and Rhiannon left the tea room, with the warmth of the summer meeting them.

  • Yn rhannu gwybodaeth ac ysfa, cytunon nhw i gyfarfod eto.

Sharing ideas and excitement, they agreed to meet again.

  • Roedd teitlau awen wedi plygu, ond tramwyon, a theimlwyd optimeiddiaeth a hyder newydd yn eu calon.

Creative titles had bent, but wandered, and a sense of optimism and renewed confidence was felt in their hearts.

  • Bellach, roedd Gareth yn darganfod gwerth cymuned yn ei waith creadigol.

Now, Gareth found the value of community in his creative work.

  • Roedd Rhiannon yn gallu ailadeiladu hyder a chysylltiadau newydd, gan gyffroi mewn persbectif Gareth.

Rhiannon was able to rebuild confidence and make new connections, inspired by Gareth's perspective.

  • Wedi i'r nos ddatgymalu dros y pentref, dechreuodd stori newydd arall trwy adduned y ddau i gyd-weithio.

As the night dissolved over the village, a new story began through the pair’s promise to collaborate.
