Rhiannon, a talented project manager, is very busy.

Her goal is to excel in the year-end review that is on the horizon, and she is eager to impress Eleri, her strict boss.

The days fly by, and Thanksgiving arrives, offering a short respite from the workload.

Rhiannon knows this is her chance, but she feels the pressure like never before.

"Rhiannon," Eleri says, "how is the team working on this project?"

The question touches on team management, and Rhiannon knows this is as important as the targets.

Rhiannon takes a deep breath before responding.

"There are some challenges, Eleri," she admits.

"The workload is intense, and I've been paralyzed by Gareth's challenge over the past weeks.

Ond ymlai i ymrwymo’n llawn i sicrhau cyrraedd ein targedau a.”

But I’m committed to fully ensuring we meet our targets."

Mae hi'n cynnig cytundebau newydd a phwysleisio cyfathrebu gwell.

She offers new proposals and emphasizes better communication.

Mae Eleri’n gadarn yn ei hymateb, ond mae gwen boddhaol ar ei hwyneb.

Eleri is firm in her response, but there is a satisfied smile on her face.

Er nad yw hi wedi ennill dyrchafiad eto, mae Rhiannon yn ymrwymo i’r gwaith tîm.

Although she hasn't earned a promotion yet, Rhiannon is committed to teamwork.

Mae hi'n dysgu gwerth cynnwys cydweithwyr ac wynebu'r anawsterau yn agored.

She learns the value of involving colleagues and facing difficulties openly.

Charting a new path, she discovers that the ability to share responsibilities and build on the team's strength is more than personal achievements.
