A strong wind rose from the east, singing esoteric harmonies in the air.

Roedd Gareth yn edrych yn amheus, "Bydda di ddim yn credu yn ystori am y deml gudd, Carys," meddai, ei law yn pwyntio i'r coed pinwydd sy'n rhedeg ar hyd y ffordd.

Gareth looked skeptical, "You won't believe in the story about the hidden temple, Carys," he said, his hand pointing to the pine trees lining the path.

As they moved on, they came across a quarried area in the mountain.

Ychydig o chwilio, a darganfyddant drws cudd, wedi ei orâuad gan gors a fferylau.

With a little searching, they found a hidden door, overgrown with foliage and ferns.

Roedd Gareth yn meddwl ei fod yn anghyffredin i ddod o hyd i rywbeth mor artaith, ond manteisiodd y cyfle.

Gareth thought it was unusual to find something so mysterious, but he seized the opportunity.

Agorodd y drws gyda griddfau ymdrech.

He opened the door with a groaning effort.

I fewn i'r tywyllwch aethant, goleuo'u lanternau cerdded gan roi ffordd i dywyllwch cudd y siambr.

Into the darkness they went, lighting their walking lanterns to guide their way through the hidden darkness of the chamber.

Hen ystafelloedd cyfarwyddent â phatrwm hudlyd, wedi eu hannog gan chwedlau'r hen.

Old rooms met them with a magical pattern, urged by the legends of old.

Arweiniwyd nhw i sefydlogi eu safle pan sylweddolon nhw bod rhwystrau a dryswch yn eu ffordd.

They were led to stabilize their position when they realized obstacles and puzzles were in their way.

"Mae hyn fel caer o gemau!

"This is like a castle of puzzles!"

" gwaeddodd Carys, ei llais yn adleisiadau hyd y waliau.

Carys shouted, her voice echoing through the walls.

Gareth chwarddodd, "Dim ond angen meddwl yn rhesymol i ddatrys.

Gareth laughed, "You just need to think rationally to solve them."

"Wrth i oriau basio, fe wnaethon nhw ddatrys sawl pos, gan obeithio i ddod o hyd i'r gwirionedd am y ddeuli.

As hours passed, they solved several riddles, hoping to find the truth about the temple.

Roedd y sialens bitw oedd wedi eu haddysgu roedd rhaid iddynt weithredu yn unol a dirgelion llachar neu fwydo'r canlyniadau.

The bitter challenge taught them that they needed to act according to bright mysteries or face the consequences.

"Here it is, Gareth!

Y dystiolaeth y dyw'r myth ddim yn wag," dynododd Carys, ei llygadau'n rhwystr.

Proof that the myth isn't empty," Carys pointed out, her eyes wide with astonishment.

Gwynt yn pebaurch, cyflawnd o wireddu a chanol y fforest tan gysgod nos, gweithiodd gwrthun wrth eu cwmpas.

The wind abated, filled with realization, and in the middle of the forest under the shadow of night, resistance worked around them.

Pan fyddai'r ddau'n ddiogel, o dan oleuni'r seren a mynyddoedd cudd, edrychon nhw i'w gilydd gyda dealltwriaeth newydd.

When the two were safe, under the starlight and hidden mountains, they looked at each other with new understanding.

"Dim ond oherwydd nad ydwi'n ei weld, nid yw'n golygu nad oes 'na," derbyniai Gareth gyda chymroasant llaw, yn trafferthu llais llawn diolch am ddianc o ddi-sedddd.

"Just because I don't see something doesn't mean it's not there," Gareth admitted with a handshake, his voice full of gratitude for escaping the unknown.

Carys, wedwongenig llefydd a dysgleirio mewn awyr tywyll, oedd yn gwenu gyda newyddion, "Ac mae'n rhaid i chi gyfrifo'r serch cyn cyraeddi concliwsis.

Carys, amid illuminated places and shining in the dark sky, smiled with new insight, "And you have to consider the affection before reaching conclusions.

Hon yw'r wers rwy'n dysgu o hydref hwn.

That’s the lesson I’m learning from this autumn."
