Mae’r lle’n fywiog o sŵn siarad a chwerthin, lle mae carfannau o fforwyr brwdfrydig yn paratoi ar gyfer eu her nesaf.

The place is alive with the sound of chatter and laughter, where groups of enthusiastic adventurers are preparing for their next challenge.

Pen draw, mae tray i sengl o dri ffrind sef Gareth, Carys, ac Elin.

At the end of the row is a trio of friends: Gareth, Carys, and Elin.

"Beth am hyn?

"What about this?"

" meddai Gareth, yn dangos bag cefn coch disglair i Carys.

says Gareth, showing a bright red backpack to Carys.

Mae ei lais ychydig yn ansicr, ond mae ei wyneb yn dangos awydd mawr i brofi ei hun.

His voice is a little uncertain, but his face shows a great desire to prove himself.

Mae Carys yn edrych ar y bag gyda llygad profiadol.

Carys looks at the bag with an experienced eye.

"Mae hynny’n olreit," medd ai, "ond wyt ti wedi ystyried y pwysau?

"That's alright," she says, "but have you considered the weight?

Mae’n bwysig i gael bag sy'n gyfforddus i'w wisgo am oriau.

It's important to have a backpack that's comfortable to wear for hours."

"Mae Gareth yn pwyso a mesur ei opsiynau.

Gareth weighs his options.

Mae Carys bob amser yn rhoi cyngor doethach na neb arall, ond mae ofn gwneud penderfyniad anghywir yn ei gorddi.

Carys always gives the wisest advice, but he's worried about making the wrong decision.

Ar yr un pryd, mae Elin yn cerdded ato, yn gwenu'n eiddgar.

At the same time, Elin walks up to him, smiling eagerly.

"Gareth, edrychwch ar y siacedi hyn!

"Gareth, look at these jackets!

Maen nhw'n edrych yn wych, ond beth sydd angen i ni edrych arno?

They look great, but what should we be looking for?"

"Mae Gareth yn ystyried ei chymorth.

Gareth considers her help.

Yn ei galon, mae’n gwybod ei fod angen cyngor Carys, ond mae’n dal pawn cysgod o ansicrwydd.

In his heart, he knows he needs Carys' advice, but he still carries a shadow of uncertainty.

"O’r diwedd," meddai Gareth, "Carys, allai di fy helpu?

"Finally," says Gareth, "Carys, could you help me?

Dwi ddim yn siŵr beth yw'r gorau ar gyfer y taith hon.

I'm not sure what's best for this trip."

"Yn syth, mae Carys yn gorffen ei chwilio a rhoi sylw llawn i Gareth.

Immediately, Carys finishes her searching and gives Gareth her full attention.

"Wrth gwrs!

"Of course!

Byddwn ni'n edrych ar bopeth gyda'n gilydd.

We'll look at everything together."

"Mae Gareth yn cyffroi a'r tensiwn yn ymlacio o’i ysgwyddau wrth i Carys esbonio am y pethau hanfodol: siacedi gwrthddwr, esgidiau cerdded addas, a systemau haen ar gyfer tymheredd a dyodiad.

Gareth gets excited, and the tension eases from his shoulders as Carys explains the essentials: waterproof jackets, suitable walking shoes, and layering systems for temperature and precipitation.

Mae Elin hefyd yn dysgu yn ei sel clywed yr holl wybodaeth newydd.

Elin also learns in her eagerness to hear all the new information.

"Diolch, Carys," meddai Gareth yn ddiolchgar, "dyma'r union beth roeddwn i angen ei wybod.

"Thank you, Carys," Gareth says gratefully, "this is exactly what I needed to know."

"Efo penderfyniadau gwell yn ei feddwl, mae Gareth yn cymryd popeth sydd ei angen arno ac yn cael ei dderbyn yn ôl drws y siop gyda'r ymdeimlad cryf o gyfeillgarwch ac ymddiriedaeth.

With better decisions in mind, Gareth gathers everything he needs and is welcomed back at the store's door with a strong sense of friendship and trust.

Mae Elin hefyd wedi llenwi ei basged â’r hanfodolion, yn barod i ymgymryd â'i thaith gyntaf.

Elin has also filled her basket with the essentials, ready to embark on her first adventure.

Lle mae unwaith roedd ansicrwydd, mae nawr sicrwydd.

Where once there was uncertainty, there is now confidence.

Mae Gareth yn gadael y siop ar ben ei ddigon, yn gwybod bod gan y tri ohonyn nhw’r hyn sydd angen er mwyn mwynhau'r cerdded ar y daith gwersyll sydd o’u blaenau.

Gareth leaves the store feeling on top of the world, knowing that the three of them have what they need to enjoy the hiking on the camping trip ahead of them.

Nid yn unig mae Gareth wedi bodloni ei angen am paratoi, ond mae hefyd wedi darganfod pwysigrwydd gofyn am gymorth.

Not only has Gareth fulfilled his need to prepare, but he has also discovered the importance of asking for help.
