In the hands of barista Eira, cups fly under the espresso machine like the waves of the sea.

Mae Eira, gyda'i gwên gynnes yn disgleirio fel yr haul tu fas, bob amser yn gweld popeth.

Eira, with her warm smile shining like the sun outside, always sees everything.

Yn y pen draw, ar y bwrdd pren tê, eistedd Rhys a Carys.

Eventually, at the wooden tea table, Rhys and Carys sit.

Tro blynyddoedd yn ôl, roedd Rhys yn athletwr llwyddiannus.

Years ago, Rhys was a successful athlete.

Bellach, er gwaethaf ei olwg i gadw'n iach, mae ganddo ofn cudd o fynd yn hen.

Now, despite his intention to stay healthy, he harbors a hidden fear of aging.

Today, they are here to enjoy coffee and a conversation in this coffee shop.

Mae Rhys yn codi ei gwpan, ond yn sydyn mae chwerthin Carys yn stopio.

Rhys lifts his cup, but suddenly Carys's laughter stops.

Mae ei wyneb yn crychu, a'r cwpan yn cwympo yn ôl i'r daneddyn.

Her face wrinkles, and the cup falls back onto the coaster.

Mae Rhys yn teimlo poen yn ei frest.

Rhys feels a pain in his chest.

"Rhywbeth dim yn iawn," meddai, gan wenu'n anweddus.

"Something isn't right," he says, smiling awkwardly.

"Rhys achos da deall!

"Rhys, you must understand!

Does neb yn ifanc am byth," mae Carys yn cydio yn ei law.

No one stays young forever," Carys says, taking his hand.

"Gad i ni fynd a siarad.

"Let's go and talk."

" Fel pe bai hi'n darllen ei feddwl, mae Eira'n dod â dŵr oer drosodd gyda'i llaw dyner.

As if reading his mind, Eira brings over cold water with her gentle hand.

"Ydw i'n edrych fel bo'r cwpan coffi cyntaf efo'r datrys?

"Do I look like the first coffee cup with the solution?"

" clywir yn y cefndir, tra mae'r peiriant coffi'n chwistrellu'r llaeth.

is heard in the background, while the coffee machine hisses the milk.

"Eisteddwch, Rhys," meddai Carys.

"Sit down, Rhys," says Carys.

"Does dim angen arllwys ymhell yn y broblem.

"There's no need to delve deep into the problem."

" Mae ei wyneb yn bersain gyda phryder sydd yn gwefreiddio Rhys i fachu pabell.

Her face radiates with a concern that electrifies Rhys to set up a tent.

O'i swyddfa y barista, mae'n bosib clywed Eira'n ffonio am gymorth.

From her workstation, the barista can be heard calling for help.

Am eiliad, mae Rhys yn ceisio dawelu'r storm yn ei frest.

For a moment, Rhys tries to calm the storm in his chest.

"Beth os ydy e ddim ond poen bychan?

"What if it's just a little pain?"

" meddai wrth ei hun, ond mae dechrau teimlo dryslyd.

he thinks to himself, but he starts to feel confused.

Mae amser yn ero arian tra mae Carys yn gorffen yn dyner: "Mae iechyd yn bwysicach nag unrhyw beth arall, Rhys.

Time passes unnoticed as Carys gently concludes: "Health is more important than anything else, Rhys."

"Gyda’i bysedd yn crynhoi gwres llethol y diwrnod, mae'n cydnabod bod angen gofal.

With his fingers gathering the intense heat of the day, he acknowledges the need for care.

"Ie," mae Rhys yn cytuno, ei lais yn wan o dyndra.

"Yes," Rhys agrees, his voice weak with tension.

Mae Carys a Eira yn gweithredu'n gyflym, yr un mor gadarn â rhwg y tir.

Carys and Eira act swiftly, as steadfast as the land's embrace.

Ymhen hir a hwyr, maen nhw'n ymlwybro tuag at y gwely bucsi.

Eventually, they make their way towards the ambulance bed.

Wrth edrych dros ei ysgwydd, gorwedd y ddinas o'i ffenestri eang.

Looking over his shoulder, the city lies from its wide windows.

Cyn iddyn nhw wybod, mae'r gwers cyn wynebu la pilot.

Before they know it, the lesson before facing the pilot is learned.

Wrth edrych allan o'r ffenestr cerbyd y ysbyty, mae Rhys yn deall bod iechyd yn sicrhedd ei ffrindiau.

Looking out of the hospital vehicle's window, Rhys understands that health is assured by his friends.

'Does dim poeni mwyach, rhan gyntaf y daith i ddeall bod cymorth nid yw marcia o wendid.

There's no more worry, the first part of the journey is realizing that seeking help is not a sign of weakness.

Pan fo cymorth yn agos, y gwelwch dy ledled, mae Rhys yn canfod heddwch newydd.

When help is nearby, you find yourself glancing around, and Rhys discovers a new sense of peace.
