Wrth i lawer o heulwen canol y gwanwyn wanhau dros Barc Cenedlaethol Bannau Brycheiniog, roedd Gwenyth, Emrys, a Dafydd yn cychwyn ar eu heic hirddisgwyliedig.
As the warm sunshine of mid-spring faded over Parc Cenedlaethol Bannau Brycheiniog National Park, Gwenyth, Emrys, and Dafydd set out on their long-awaited hike.
Roedd Gwenyth, dan wynt ei thristwch personol, yn dymuno canfod heddwch mewn mynyddoedd ysbrydoledig y parc.
Gwenyth, under the burden of her personal sorrow, sought peace in the park's inspiring mountains.
Roedd Emrys, gyda'i wynebau wedi'u nodi gan flynyddoedd o antur, yn arwain, tra bod Dafydd, gyda'i dân ifanc, yn edrych ymlaen at y profiad newydd.
Emrys, with his face marked by years of adventure, led the way, while Dafydd, with youthful enthusiasm, looked forward to the new experience.
Roedd y dirwedd, fel dyffryn o wyrdd diweddar, yn amgylchynu a'i hadlewyrchiadau deinamig.
The landscape, like a valley of recent green, surrounded them with its dynamic reflections.
Roedd Gwenyth yn anadlu'n ddwfn, yn teimlo carreg trwm o'i hysgwyddau.
Gwenyth breathed deeply, feeling a heavy stone lift from her shoulders.
Cerddai'r tri ar hyd y llwybrau cul, gan sgyrsiau ysgafn a chwerthin cysurus echddygol, tan y dechreuodd yr awyr newid.
The three walked along the narrow paths, engaging in light conversations and comfortable, animated laughter, until the sky began to change.
Yn sydyn, dechreuodd cwmwl du dywyll ymestyn ar draws yr awyr.
Suddenly, a dark black cloud stretched across the sky.
Daeth gwynt yn grio a glaw yn curo'n waeth, fel pe bai'r cymylau'n chwerthin yn uchel.
The wind started to howl, and the rain pounded harder, as if the clouds were laughing loudly.
Roedd Gwenyth yn teimlo tensiwn yn cymryd lle adduned ei chalon.
Gwenyth felt tension replacing her heart's resolve.
"Rhaid inni wneud penderfyniad," meddai Emrys, gan daflu ei lygaid ar hyd y llwybr.
"We must make a decision," said Emrys, casting his eyes along the path.
"Awn ni ymlaen i'r man gwylio neu chwilio am loches?
"Do we continue to the viewpoint or seek shelter?"
" Gyda gwynt yn curo mwyaf, roedd y dewis rhwng perygl a diogelwch.
With the wind howling strongest, the choice lay between danger and safety.
Teimlai Gwenyth bwysau'r eiliad.
Gwenyth felt the weight of the moment.
Roedd ei chalon wedi'i hollt rhwng ei phenderfyniad i gyrraedd y copa a'r angen i ddiogelu ei ffrindiau.
Her heart was torn between her determination to reach the summit and the need to protect her friends.
Yn y diwedd, roedd tystysgrif Emrys a gobaith prysur Dafydd yn pwyso arni.
In the end, Emrys's experience and Dafydd's eager hope weighed on her.
"Nid oes amser i'r gamblo," dywedodd Gwenyth, ei llais dim ond ffôn distaw mewn cymylau, "Chwilio am loches yw'r dewis mwy call.
"There's no time to gamble," said Gwenyth, her voice just a faint call in the clouds, "Seeking shelter is the wiser choice."
"Gyda'i gilydd, troesant i mewn i Gapel gerrig bach, yn agos mewn clef.
Together, they turned into a small stone chapel tucked closely within the cliffs.
Roedd y glaw yn curo ar y cerrig y tu allan, ond roeddent ar diwedd yn ddiogel.
The rain beat down on the stones outside, but they were finally safe.
Unwaith yn ddiogel yn eu lloches, roedd amser i fyfyrio.
Once securely in their shelter, there was time to reflect.
Tra'n aros, ysbeidiol ac amyneddgar, sylweddolodd Gwenyth y duedd o fywyd i ddal symud, i ddychwelyd i normalen newydd.
While waiting, intermittently and with patience, Gwenyth realized life's tendency to keep moving, to return to a new normal.
Deallodd mai nid bob amser drwy fynd ymhellach y byddai'n dod o hyd i heddwch, ond yn aml trwy wneud penderfyniadau doeth.
She understood it was not always by going further that she would find peace, but often by making wise decisions.
Pan orffennodd y storm o'r diwedd ei phranciau, agorodd y byd, newydd ac adnewyddedig.
When the storm finally finished its tantrums, the world opened up anew and renewed.
Roedd Gwenyth wedi dod o hyd i glyw o barch a phenderfyniad, parod i wynebu unrhyw storm sy'n dod nesaf.
Gwenyth had found a kernel of respect and determination, ready to face any storm that came next.
Ar y ffordd nôl, cerddai'r tri yn dawel, gyda chalonau'n feddal ac yn galonog.
On the way back, the three walked quietly, with hearts softened and encouraged.
Roedd storïau'r mynyddoedd wedi cymysgu â chalon Gwyneth ei hun, yn gof hyd byth.
The mountains' stories had mingled with Gwenyth's own heart, a memory to hold forever.
