Nebe se rychle zatahovalo a sníh pokrýval cesty.

The sky was quickly clouding over, and snow was covering the paths.

Hory je však přitahovaly jako magnet.

However, the mountains attracted them like a magnet.

„Musíme se rychle vrátit,“ řekla Jana, upřeně sledující oblohu.

"We need to head back quickly," said Jana, staring intently at the sky.

„Máš pravdu, ale bude to těžké,“ řekl Marek, zatímco Lucie nervózně sahala po telefonu v kapse, hledajíc signál.

"You're right, but it will be difficult," said Marek, while Lucie nervously reached for her phone in her pocket, searching for a signal.

Sníh padal stále hustěji, a tak se rozhodli ustoupit do chaty.

The snow fell ever more densely, and so they decided to retreat into the cabin.

Dveře zavrzaly, když je Marek zavřel za nimi.

The door creaked as Marek closed it behind them.

Uvnitř byla dřevěná kamna a pár starých židlí.

Inside, there was a wooden stove and a few old chairs.

Kabina byla útulná, ale chladná.

The cabin was cozy but cold.

„Potřebujeme teplo,“ řekla Jana a rozdělila úkoly.

"We need warmth," said Jana and divided the tasks.

„Marek, zkus rozdělat oheň.

"Marek, try to start a fire.

Lucie, pomoz s dekami.

Lucie, help with the blankets."

“Lucie i Marek přikývli, i když Lucie stále vyhlížela z malého okna.

Lucie and Marek nodded, although Lucie kept looking out the small window.

Sníh venku nerozpoznatelně změnil krajinu.

The snow outside had changed the landscape beyond recognition.

Lucie měla k přírodě respekt, ale teď cítila spíš strach.

Lucie had respect for nature, but now she felt more fear.

„To zvládneme,“ snažila se Jana uklidnit atmosféru.

"We can do this," Jana tried to calm the atmosphere.

„Kdo má hlad?

"Who's hungry?

Mám nějaké tyčinky a sušenky.

I have some snacks and cookies."

“Marek s úsměvem přijal.

Marek smiled and accepted.

„Nic naše přátelství neposílí víc než společný hlad,“ snažil se zlehčit situaci.

"Nothing strengthens friendship more than shared hunger," he tried to lighten the situation.

V těchto chvílích byla Jana klidná a soustředěná.

In these moments, Jana was calm and focused.

Bylo to pro ni jako zkouška.

It was like a test for her.

Chtěla ukázat, že dokáže zvládnout víc, než si kdokoliv myslel.

She wanted to prove that she could handle more than anyone thought.

Táborák se rozzářil a Marek poslal do vzduchu vřelé teplo.

The campfire blazed, and Marek sent warm air into the room.

Venku se bouře zhoršovala.

Outside, the storm worsened.

Vítr se oplétal kolem chaty a někde v dálce bylo slyšet hučení.

The wind whipped around the cabin, and somewhere in the distance, a roar could be heard.

Uvnitř ale přece jen panoval klid.

But inside, there was calm.

Dokonce i Lucie se usmála, když se posadili blízko k sobě.

Even Lucie smiled when they all sat close together.

„Je opravdu krásné, co příroda dokáže,“ řekla tiše.

"It really is beautiful, what nature can do," she said quietly.

V noci, kdy už byli všichni unavení, začal hrát vítr svou poslední píseň.

In the night, when everyone was already tired, the wind began to play its final song.

Světla zhasla.

The lights went out.

Napětí rostlo, ale Jana povídala příběhy o krásě hor a o tom, co je v životě důležité.

The tension grew, but Jana told stories about the beauty of the mountains and what is important in life.

Povídala tak dlouho, dokud všichni neusnuli u plápolajícího ohně.

She talked until everyone fell asleep by the flickering fire.

K ránu bouře ustoupila.

By morning, the storm had subsided.

Jana, Marek a Lucie vyšli z chaty a všude kolem nich byl klid.

Jana, Marek, and Lucie stepped out of the cabin, and all around them was peace.

Svět byl zcela bílý, tichý a nádherný.

The world was completely white, silent, and beautiful.

Kolem poledne se objevila záchranná skupina, aby je dovedla do bezpečí.

Around noon, a rescue team appeared to lead them to safety.

Všichni tři byli zdraví a plní nové energie.

All three were healthy and full of new energy.

Jana cítila uvnitř změnu.

Ona i její přátelé se stali silnějšími.
