"Pamatuješ si, když jsme byli malí, jak jsme lezli na naše tajné místo na stromě za domem?"

"Do you remember when we were little, how we used to climb to our secret place on the tree behind the house?"

Karla se usmála.

"Ten starý dub…" vzpomněla si s něžností.

"That old oak..." she recalled fondly.

"Vždycky jsi šla první, říkala jsi, že ochráníš naše království," Jiří se zasmál.

"You always went first, saying you would protect our kingdom," Jiří laughed.

"Chybí mi ty doby."

"I miss those times."

Karla ucítila, jak její obrana měkne.

Karla felt her defenses softening.

Karla se podívala na svého bratra.

"A já bych měla být pokornější.
