However, he had to battle time and the weather.

„Musíme se odvážit sami,“ svolal Natálii, když zjistil, že skupina směřuje jinam.

"We have to venture out on our own," he called to Natálie when he realized the group was heading elsewhere.

„Ale to možná nestihneme bus zpátky,“ zašeptala Natálie s obavou, ale zároveň s jiskrou dobrodružství v očích.

"But we might miss the bus back," whispered Natálie with concern, but at the same time with a spark of adventure in her eyes.

Nakonec se rozhodla: „Jdeme!

She finally decided, "Let's go!"

“Hledali a nervózně kontrolovali hodinky.

They searched and nervously checked their watches.

Zima zesílila, fialověly jim prsty, ale nevzdávali se.

The cold intensified, their fingers turned purple, but they didn't give up.

A pak, za rohem jednoho ze skleníků, to objevili.

And then, around the corner of one of the greenhouses, they found it.

Uprostřed sněhu kvetla vzácná rostlina.

In the middle of the snow bloomed the rare plant.

Malá, ale krásná.

Small, but beautiful.

Jakub s údivem sledoval ten zázrak zimní přírody.

Jakub watched in awe at this winter wonder.

Natálie neotáleli.

Natálie didn't hesitate.

Navzdory mrznoucím rukám udělala několik záběrů.

Despite her freezing hands, she took several shots.

„Mám ji!

"Got it!"

“ zvolala se smíchem.

They made it at the last minute.

Jakub carefully tucked a small leaf as a keepsake into his book.

Natálie se sice třásla zimou, ale byla spokojená.

Natálie was shivering from the cold but satisfied.

Fotografie byla přesně taková, jakou chtěla.

The photograph was just the way she wanted it.

Cestou domů sledovali měnící se krajinu za oknem autobusu.

On the way home, they watched the changing landscape through the bus window.

Jakub se cítil povzbuzený.
