Ranní slunce se probouzelo nad Prahou a v kanceláři firmy to žilo přípravami.

The morning sun was awakening over Praha and the office of the company was alive with preparations.

Jana, projektová manažerka, se nervózně dívala na hodinky.

Jana, the project manager, nervously glanced at her watch.

Dnes měli jít na Petřín na týmovou akci.

Today they were going to Petřín for a team event.

"Musíme být v Petříně včas, abychom si užili hezké počasí," řekla s úsměvem.

"We need to be at Petřín on time to enjoy the nice weather," she said with a smile.

Lukáš se opíral o stůl plně pohlcený skicováním.

Lukáš was leaning against the table, fully absorbed in sketching.

"Doufám, že tam bude legrace," řekl s úsměvem.

"I hope it'll be fun there," he said with a smile.

Eva však vypadala zamyšleně.

However, Eva looked pensive.

“Nejsem si jistá, jestli je to pro mě,” řekla tiše.

"I'm not sure if it's for me," she said quietly.

Jana si povzdychla.

Jana sighed.

Chtěla ukázat, že dokáže vést tým efektivně.

She wanted to show that she could lead the team effectively.

Měla plán, jak zapojit všechny.

She had a plan to involve everyone.

"Lukáši," začala, "budeš náš hlavní fotograf.

"Lukáš," she began, "you'll be our main photographer.

A Eva, ty nám pomůžeš s navigací na kopci.

And Eva, you'll help us with navigation on the hill.

Bez tebe se ztratíme."

Without you, we'll get lost."

Lukáš byl nadšený.

Lukáš was excited.

"Fajn, to zní super!"

"Great, that sounds awesome!"

Eva váhala, ale přikývla, doufajíc, že to nebude tak náročné.

Eva hesitated but nodded, hoping it wouldn't be too demanding.

Po cestě na Petřín, kde cesta byla lemovaná stromy plnými rozkvetlých květů, Eva opatrně vedla skupinu.

On the way to Petřín, where the path was bordered by trees full of blooming flowers, Eva carefully led the group.

Jana sledovala, jak se Eva postupně uvolňovala v roli průvodce.

Jana watched as Eva gradually relaxed into the role of the guide.

Lukáš fotil pečlivě každý moment.

Na vrcholu Petřína našli zvláštní hlavolam postavený z dřevěných bloků.

At the top of Petřín, they found a peculiar puzzle made of wooden blocks.

Úkol byl jasný: rekonstruovat obraz z bloků.

The task was clear: reconstruct a picture from the blocks.

"Tak pojďme na to," povzbudila je Jana, ale rychle zjistila, že Lukáš a Eva na to mají lepší nápady.

"Let's get to it," encouraged them Jana, but quickly realized that Lukáš and Eva had better ideas for it.

Eva, ač nerada riskovala, začala přemýšlet mimo svou komfortní zónu a Lukáš, ač chaotický, našel cestu kreativního řešení.

Eva, although she didn't like taking risks, began thinking outside her comfort zone, and Lukáš, though chaotic, found a way to a creative solution.

Jana se postavila stranou, sledovala týmovou spolupráci a podporovala je slovem.

Jana stood aside, watched the team collaboration, and supported them with words.

Společně poskládali obraz a Jana se usmála, když viděla, jak těžkosti překonávají.

Together they assembled the picture, and Jana smiled when she saw them overcoming difficulties.

Když se vrátili zpět do kanceláře, Jana pocítila pýchu.

When they returned back to the office, Jana felt proud.

Eva se usmívala: "To bylo lepší, než jsem čekala," přiznala.

Lukáš dodal: "Kdo by řekl, že struktura může být tak užitečná!"

Lukáš added, "Who would have thought structure could be so useful!"

Jana se naučila, že je důležité důvěřovat svému týmu.

Jana learned that it’s important to trust her team.

Eva se stala otevřenější novým zkušenostem a Lukáš pochopil význam organizace.

Eva became more open to new experiences, and Lukáš understood the significance of organization.

A když to Jana viděla, cítila v sobě sílu pravého vůdce.
