Era primavera i l'aire fresc portava l'aroma de pins.

Les campanes del monestir sonaven en la llunyania, barrejant-se amb les rialles dels excursionistes que pujaven i baixaven.

The bells of the monastery rang in the distance, mingling with the laughter of hikers climbing up and down.

Jordi, un jove decidit i ple d’empenta, dirigia un petit grup d'amics.

Jordi, a determined and energetic young man, led a small group of friends.

Els seus ulls brillaven amb entusiasme.

His eyes sparkled with enthusiasm.

Volia trobar la famosa "roca que canta," una roca màgica que només apareixia un cop l'any.

He wanted to find the famous "singing rock," a magical rock that only appeared once a year.

Amb ell anaven Mireia, que no creia en contes, però li agradava caminar, i Arnau, un músic amateur buscant inspiració.

Accompanying him were Mireia, who didn’t believe in tales but enjoyed hiking, and Arnau, an amateur musician seeking inspiration.

"Seguim aquest camí," va dir Jordi amb determinació.

"Let's follow this path," said Jordi with determination.

"Crec que la roca és a prop.

"I think the rock is nearby."

"Mireia va arrufar el nas.

Mireia scrunched her nose.

"Però aquest camí no està marcat," va advertir.

"But this path isn't marked," she warned.

Però al final, va decidir seguir-lo, perquè sabia que la diversió estava en el viatge.

Yet, in the end, she decided to follow it because she knew the fun was in the journey.

Arnau, amb la seva gravadora, esperava captar sons únics per a les seves composicions.

Arnau, with his recorder, hoped to capture unique sounds for his compositions.

Va passar el temps, i el camí es va perdre entre arbres i roques.

Time passed, and the trail was lost among trees and rocks.

El sol començava a baixar, donant lloc a un cel vermellós.

The sun began to set, giving way to a reddish sky.

Jordi es va parar, confós.

Jordi stopped, confused.

"Ens hem perdut?

"Are we lost?"

" va preguntar Mireia.

Mentre discutien què fer, un so estrany va emergir en l'aire.

As they discussed what to do, a strange sound emerged in the air.

Eren harmonies baixes, quasi màgiques, que omplien l'espai entre les muntanyes.

It was low, almost magical harmonies filling the space between the mountains.

"Què és això?

"What is that?"

" va preguntar Arnau, emocionat.

asked Arnau, excited.

Va encendre la gravadora, esperant capturar aquell moment màgic.

He turned on the recorder, hoping to capture that magical moment.

Van decidir seguir el so, encara que la llum del dia s'esvaïa.

They decided to follow the sound, even though daylight was fading.

Els ecos els embolcallaven, i per un moment, creien que la mítica roca estava a prop.

The echoes enveloped them, and for a moment, they believed the mythical rock was nearby.

Però després de moltes passes, només van trobar un paratge desert i tranquil.

But after many steps, they only found a deserted and quiet place.

"Potser la roca no existeix," va murmurar Mireia, però amb un somriure als llavis.

"Maybe the rock doesn't exist," murmured Mireia, but with a smile on her lips.

L’aventura havia tingut el seu propi mèrit.

The adventure had its own merit.

Van tornar amb els primers raigs de llum, cansats però enriquits.

They returned with the first rays of light, tired but enriched.

Arnau va escoltar la gravació i va somriure.

Arnau listened to the recording and smiled.

Els vents entre les roques harmonitzaven d'una manera que ell sabia que seria perfecta per a la seva música.

The winds between the rocks harmonized in a way he knew would be perfect for his music.

Al final, encara que no van trobar la roca que canta, van descobrir més del que esperaven.

In the end, even though they didn't find the singing rock, they discovered more than they expected.

Jordi va aprendre a gaudir cada moment.

Mireia va veure que les llegendes eren bones excuses per viure aventures i Arnau va trobar una nova font d'inspiració.

I així, mentre la Feria de Abril de Catalunya afegia colors i sons al cor de Barcelona, els amics tornaven a casa amb històries per explicar, sabent que Montserrat encara amagava molts secrets per descobrir.

And so, while the Feria de Abril de Catalunya added colors and sounds to the heart of Barcelona, the friends returned home with stories to tell, knowing that Montserrat still held many secrets to uncover.
